Wow wow wow! Absolutely taken away with how amazing our anniversary dinner was. Lane was our waiter and he did an incredible job steering us into incredible dishes. From the main roll, pear salad, gazpacho (soup of the day), lobster ravioli and beef cheeks. Blown away. I can’t stress enough how fantastic the lobster ravioli is. I typically would not order it because it’s usually a small dish, do not make a mistake and not order it. Come to Palm Springs, eat at Le Valllauris. Repeat! Thank you Lane!

Even with it being 90 degrees in October. The space was comfortable and spacious. At night the globes added a romantic atmosphere. The food was off the top shelf, we did the 7 course tasting menu which was amazing, every step.

The outdoor dining with the ‘indoor’ trees is lovely. Unfortunately the place feels tired and dated. And the food was good but not great. There were three of us and my husband opted for the autumn four course menu withy the quail. He said it was good but not great. I had the baked goat cheese with beet salad and the slices of beets were so thin they fell apart. The ratio of goat cheese to beets was completely off with way too much cheese and not enough vegetable in the salad. The lamb was ok. The grand marnier soufflé was huge and pretty good but I wouldn’t order it again. Our friend started with the vichyssoise which he loves followed by the filet which he enjoyed too. He ended his meal with the chocolate tart. Service was good. While I appreciate old school Palm Springs, with the options available there are better places to go when the price tag is so high.

Pre-birthday dinner at Le Vallauris. Dinner on the patio in this beautiful location was perfect. The food was impeccable and only surpassed by the amazing service of every staff member. Every course was delectable from beginning to end. Thank you to everyone for a memorable night.

Nice place. Diverse menu. Helpful friendly staff. I had the New Zealand Rack of Lamb. It was very good. However I felt they were probably the smallest I've ever ordered from a restaurant.. about 2 bites per chop. See picture. I would go back and try other items. Returned...had the lobster...it was delicious!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this restaurant and its staff. Everything was fantastic, we sat outside, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. The chef even came out and asked if everything was OK. I thought I would be under dressed since we just drove in from Phoenix. But my husband and I were treated as if we were dressed to the nines. I love this place and can't wait to go back! Wonderful experience.

We came in for our engagement dinner. It was an extraordinary evening! The atmosphere and food quality were superb. Such a romantic setting to dine-in in a beautiful garden. My fiancé and I loved our entree: Veal fillet was cooked perfectly and the combination with the sauce, ravioli, and vegetables are in harmony. The beef cheek was also phenomenal. We would definitely come back and try other things on the menu.

Our favorite restaurant in Palm Springs. Our must go to when visiting. The menu choices are great and everything we’ve ever ordered has been beyond expectations. (See photos). Menu is written on a white board and brought out to your table for viewing. (See photo of it). Outdoor seating is preferred. Large trees cover the tables elegantly. We’ve ordered the veal, venison, lamb, Dover white fish, lobster, lobster salad (see photo, it’s the one with the full lobster in it). It’s just a must go place. Prices as you can see on the board are $30-125. Our meals for 2 cost $400 on average including wine. Do go!!

Simply delicious and beautifully, artistically presented food. We celebrated our 1 month wedding anniversary there and we will be back for sure. The Courtyard is darling, our table was nestled by one of the beautiful trees, the owners, husband and wife (the husband is the amazing Chef! Kudos to him!) are a pleasure to be with. The whole staff was so attentive, and the atmosphere was kindness and warmth all around! The scallops were the best and the freshest we've had, the main dish was perfect! We have tried every restaurant in PS and this one is top!

We were celebrating my friend's 40th birthday (two years delayed due to covid) and had a wonderful time! Lane was an excellent waiter, very personable, attentive, and made the experience exceptional. The other waitstaff were very attentive as well. The seafood trio was amazing, the scallop was to die for! Drink recommendations were spot on. The trees and the lights completed the atmosphere and gave a perfect ambiance.

Quick Summary Great ambiance, service and food. This is a great spot for a date night when you're in Palm Springs. Highly recommend a reservation. There's valet parking available on site, but plenty of parking around the area (that's if you want to brave the heat) Food- 5 stars Everything was pretty good. We opted against the prix fixe menu just so we can try other things on the menu and prevent overordering. Seafood trio (crunchy boston scallops, spicy ahi tuna roasted garlic, blue crab avocado mango)- the crunchy scallops were the best of the trio. Everything tasted very fresh. The crab was good, but my least favorite because it was a bit strange mixing it with the mango Grilled ham cheese black truffle sandwich- these were very good. You can never go wrong with truffle Vichyssoise- very creamy and delicious. Perfect for a hot day Red beet carpaccio salad- this was good but pretty standard Roasted rack of lamp- I was quite impressed with the lamb. It was the most tender piece of lamb I've ever eaten Grand marnier souffle- great dessert to end the night Service- 5 stars Everyone from the wait staff was helpful and accomodating Bottom Line Perfect French dinner if you're in the Palm Springs area. Don't be afraid to try the seafood, as everyone tasted so fresh and delicious

We love brunch and this was the best brunch we’ve ever had! From the set menu, we did the smoked salmon salad and shrimp as appetizers + hanger steak and halibut as entrees + chocolate cake and coconut baked Alaska as dessert. We also added a half a dozen oysters and two espressos. Absolutely delicious, calm and beautiful ambiance, and excellent service.

Just gave this place another try and I am glad I did. Everything they serve is presented in the most beautiful artful way possible. I can't wait to try EVERYTHING on the menu. Beautiful wonderful atmosphere with relaxing live jazz keyboard singer. This is an upscale place, so dress up! I made the mistake of coming in shorts and t-shirt, but they were just as nice and accommodating, the true sign of a classy establishment (no snootyness here, just classy staff here). Highly recommended. The souffle is by far the fluffiest souffle I have ever had in my life!
