Trio - Palm Springs - Photo album

Fantastic experience following a renovation and menu change. Loved sharing dishes with my friends. Must try the Kampachi Crudo, Carpaccio, House made pastas. Salmon and Pork dishes were amazing. Vegetables were definitely shown the love.
Service was prompt and good. We started with the house made biscuits. They were good, and the compound butter with onion ash was interesting. I had the bucatini with the house made meatball. The bucatini was perfectly al dente. The pomodoro sauce was so good and authentic! It was on the tart side
Amazing food and great service!!! Everyone was very attentive. Too bad couldn't remember our server's name. But everyone's nice and freaking customer service was outstanding. Don't forget to try my favorite drink Trio Old Fashioned.......they actually have luxardo cherries for garnish. Heaven!
The food was great. We just went in for the bar menu so we tried the best listed. I had the Margherita pizza which was great and my husband had the prime rib sliders which he really enjoyed. He loved it. Just looking but the regular menu seems a little overpriced, $25 for vegetarian pasta woul
We were only in Palm Springs for a few days, but ate at four separate restaurants and this one was far and away the best. Charlie was our server and provided phenomenal customer service, along with some insight on the area. He was very personable and such a hard worker. The food was incredible - cev
We walked in at 8:45. They were closing. We had 4 teenagers and out of the kindness of their hearts they still served us, knowing we weren’t going to find anything open. My kid is a foodie so he found food right away. For sure not a place you want to take a picky eater to but the salmon, the pasta a
We were looking for a restaurant that was well-lit, open and had good vibes for my sisters bachelorette party. We found Trio on Yelp and knew right away it was the right fit for the second night. We had dinner after a nearby wine tasting and it was perfect size of food. The girls were able to get fu
Loved the place. inside has agave plant decoration on tables and walls. felt like a bar, and the food was great w interesting combination of ingredients. We had triotini cocktail that was not too sweet. the special steak came w mashed potatoes for thanksgiving vibe. would come here again for the foo
Food: The starting focaccia was delicious; it was fluffy with a parmesan that did not really have a taste, but the olive oil completed it so well. The coullotte was exquisite, cooked to perfection, and although the "truffle" fries tasted like regular fries, the garlic aioli helps secure a great rati
One of the few restaurants that still open on Christmas Day. I know it is hard to find a good place to eat during holiday time but this restaurant actually turns out to be quite good. Quality was great and the food was skillfully prepared. Also less pricey than I expected, which made the entire expe
I came in and sat at the bar with Jose. He was really busy and still put in the time to greet me within a few seconds. Before I knew it, I had a water in front of me snuck in by the hostess. Music was at a perfect level where I didn't think about anything else except my own little world on the bar.
Chic and fresh! Nice outdoor seating with misters -great for those hot desert days. Also clean and retro 60s decor inside. Super nice and efficient staff. Crowded but not too loud. Food looks and tastes amazing! Presentation is very nice. Fries are crispy. French dip is divine! Acovado toast is r
Trios was outstanding last night. There were five of us (2 celiac, one Keto, one picky eater and someone that can eat anything) and we all thought the food was excellent! I can’t stop thinking about the butter lettuce salad. Trios is staying on the “must do” list for Palm Springs.
A very casual and trendy ambiance complements the good food found at Trio. Be advised, I'm told that local mandates in Palm Springs are to blame for the requirement of proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to eat here. I came here on a double date and everyone found something they enjoyed, even tho
11-5-20. Been coming to Palm Springs for many years but this was our first time to Trio. We had a very good experience and the food was really good. My wife loved her Seafood Angel Hair Pasta. She could not stop raving about it. This was new to the menu, only two weeks old. I really enjoyed the baby
