My wife and I were out watching the hot air balloons and decided to stop somewhere to eat. This place was on diners drive-ins and dives so we thought we’d stop there. The server recommended Molé which was fantastic if you like sweet Molé. I loved the parking especially because it was wide spots that your car would not get dinged. Between the food, service and the parking I will definitely go again.
Came on a very wet and hurricane Hilary Sunday afternoon and ordered the chili verde burrito. It was big and delicious. The guacamole was tasty too. Chips were fresh and warm. Service was great! The food arrived very quickly. Definitely recommend.
I recently visited a Mexican restaurant during my 2 day trip from San Diego and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always on hand to assist with any questions or requests. The food was fast and regular, with a good selection of classic Mexican dishes that hit the spot. While the food wasn't anything extraordinary, it was still tasty and satisfying. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good, fast Mexican meal with great customer service."

And I want to end by saying damn the food is delicious here! I had the carnitas and I’ve never seen it cooked the way it was. Perfect texture and taste! The rice and beans were tasteful too. 🤤
We have been to both of the Palm Springs locations. The one at Los Arboles has a really romantic courtyard seating area and the south location has nicely warmed outdoor seating. The food is delicious. Highly recommend the queso fundito, shrimp enchiladas and the cadillac margarita. For dessert the amaretto flan is so good. Will definitely be back.
I won a gift certificate in a raffle, and I took a couple of co-workers with me for dinner. The place is kind of small, but nice. The food was great, and the service was great. The staff kept coming over to check on us to make sure everything was okay. They had a gentleman playing a guitar and singing Spanish songs.

We are staying at the lovely Hotel California and Maria recommended this restaurant. I'm so glad we came. The food is wonderful, the margarita is yummy, and outdoor seating is heated - offering us wonderful views of Palm Springs.
I ordered the beef burrito - delicious. The mister's order is tasty too. So glad we stopped by.

Tonight we dined at El Mirasol Covina Mexicans in Palm Springs. Right from the start, we were seated promptly, which was a great first impression. The restaurant gradually got busier as we settled in. We ordered our drinks and were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary chips and salsa.
Our main courses didn't keep us waiting long. In just about 5 minutes, we were presented with plates full of scrumptious Mexican dishes. I opted for the Shrimp Enchiladas, while my companion, Mike, chose the Pork Burrito. El Mirasol's burritos are delightfully saucy, and that green sauce on the pork burrito was a revelation. It had a strangely familiar and delicious taste that's hard to place.
As for my Shrimp Enchiladas, they struck the perfect balance of garlic flavor, and I'm still savoring the memory. It's safe to say that our meal left us delightfully full, and the thought of it still makes my mouth water. Overall, our experience at El Mirasol Covina Mexicans was thoroughly enjoyable, with quick service and unforgettable flavors.
Really good food - the pipián was spicy and flavorful, the fresh tortillas were delicious, and the house margarita was STRONG. Service was friendly and quick. Atmosphere was great too - live guitar player added ambiance.
Service was quick and friendly on a Friday afternoon. Boyfriend ordered mango margarita and chicharrón, I had the Cadillac margarita and pipián shrimp. Food and drinks were out quickly, and my dish was delicious! Both entrees came with 2 tortillas, Mexican rice and refried beans. Easy walk from our hotel.
