I have eaten here many times and it’s always the best. One of my favorite spots in Palm Springs. The ambiance is a vibe here with all colorful decorations. I had the fish tacos this time and they were sooooo good. The burger is always the bombshell as well. They do have great breakfast options if that’s what you are in the mood for. Meow meow
Chic restaurant with a great ambiance and part of a boutique kind of hotel. It is hidden like a gem and is a place for a nice treat.
The main lobby and hall has some very interesting and unique art stuff.
The outdoor patio of Norma’s is a good place to dine when the weather is favorable in the valley.
I highly recommend getting the steak fajitas la gringo they were flavorful. The berry french toast was huge and flavorful. Service was fast and efficient. We finished our massages on campus and then got booked for this dinner reservation last minute. If you sit outside they can offer you bug spray as the mosquitoes are out this time of year. Beautiful spot feels like your dining in tulum mexico. Tell the server you want a spiked coffee with baileys and kahlua. Its out of this world. Trust me. Total bill for two was $160
Stop researching and just make a reservation here now. The food, drink, service, atmosphere, everything was just amazing. It was one of the best meals we had on our entire trip, and was made even better by the excellent service. For brunch a few highlights were the Norma’s Donuts, Norma’s Egg’s Benedict, Lox & Lox of bagel, and the breakfast quesadilla. I just cannot say enough good things about Norma’s & can’t wait to go back.

Loved checking out the hotel and Norma’s the other day for a late lunch. It’s on the pricey side, but the servings are generous and DELICIOUS! Loved my shrimp quesadilla, packed w shrimp. My husband enjoyed his yucca burger and yucca fries. DO NOT miss those donut holes. OMG. So good. Then burn some calories taking tons of Instagram photos around the lobby after your meal. :-)
Loved visiting Norma’s. The weather was favorable and the portions very big, definitely worth the price tag. Service was excellent and not snotty; that can happen so easily in the area. There are small touches that really bring a nice edge. I would recommend having cooling hand towels Post-food for guests during the hot summer months, but that’s just a dream from my part. If there’s anyone that could execute it, it would be The Parker.
The food here is as good as it gets and it's not overpriced for the area in my opinion. I had the Sweet Potato and Turkey hash and she had a sausage omelet as well as the peer and apple brulee which was amazing. The pear oatmeal is a must try. We also had the smoothie of the day which had banana, orange and honey. That was one of the best smoothies I've ever had at a sit down restaurant. The service is extremely friendly and this place is worth the visit even if you aren't staying at the Parker hotel.
Benjamin was our magnificent service, so pleasant, cheerful and new his dishes. Unfortunately, to me, the flavor was simply not there for the food. I simply expected more flavor from the food. Other than that, their smoothies and their lattes are absolutely delicious 😋
This restaurant is at the Parker Hotel. The aesthetic inside is nice and with a lot of character. The food was mediocre and overpriced though. Cocktails are in the mid $20's and nothing special.
I recently enjoyed a delightful breakfast with my family at Norma's Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, Ariel warmly greeted us and provided excellent service throughout our meal. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of mouthwatering options to choose from.
The attentive staff made us feel right at home, ensuring a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend Norma's for a satisfying and enjoyable breakfast.

The restaurant itself is a joy to behold. The bright colors outside contrast the neutral colors of the indoors, leaving your senses calm but awakened.
The food, is absolutely to die for. Scroll through my pictures to witness me falling in love with a donut. The smoothie was quite possibly the best I've ever had. And the espresso, just wow!

We had a wonderful breakfast at Norma’s! By far the best breakfast we had in Palm Springs. The decor is and vibe is amazing😍 Outstanding service as well! We will definitely be back.
This was my first time at The Parker/ dining at Norma’s. If you love mid-century modern/design, it’s definitely a must-see. We street parked outside of the hotel and walked in on a Monday at 3pm. We were told a reservation was required and were quickly able to make one on open table while standing outside. The outdoor patio is stunning. I loved it!!! The presentation of the food is so cute, the menu is retro, straight out of mad men. I’d love to come back for breakfast or maybe even stay at The Parker!! Service was also great.
Service was impeccable and the place is a vibe. The hotel is nice!! Very creative. My huevos rancheros was nice and creative but it lacked real flavour (aka Mexican herbs and spices) was way too bland. The donuts were amazing though.
We parked on the street next to it for free, they have a valet though I think for 12$.
A beautiful and aesthetically pleasing experience.
I am not a breakfast person but their breakfast menu had such a wide variety that I was able to get what I wanted and it was delicious. I got the salmon lox, it tasted fresh and delicious.
I also got their donuts, they were so fluffy and came with amazing jam.
The atmosphere is beautiful and the servers are so nice.
Will definitely be coming back and my new breakfast spot in PS
