This place is amazing! The owner rocks! He picked the entire menu for us! Don’t leave without having the jalapeño margarita! One of the top Mexican food experiences I have ever had.

Went there yesterday for lunch with my friend, we tried the Shirmp Tacos and the Gauc and chips, those were the best Shirmp tacos that I have ever had. It was my first time there and won't be my last. Great food and a good vibe.

Loved the food. Great presentation. Service was awful, unless it came from the chef. She was quick to try to pick up the check, but did not to check on us once. We wanted to stay for another drink, but she put the check down then stared at us until we felt uncomfortable and left.

I really did love it. Food came fast. The salsa was really good with chips. Maybe made with roasted tomatoes because it has more depth to the flavor. When my plate came it was HUGE...and only $10. I will be back!!�
I see why this place has a 4.5 star rating on google and a 5.0 on Facebook. Best street tacos I have had in the US. Authentic and delicious. We sat at the chef side bar and watched them make our food. The el pastor was perfect. Thank you.
We had a great lunch and margaritas on a hot fall day. The family owners and operators were great!!!The food was made fresh, cost effective, wide variety with options and the family provided service that was personal and friendly. We will be back and will share the experience. Thank you!

Our friends recommended this restaurant, so we came to try it out, and we were not disappointed.
Every dish we ordered was spot on. From the chimichangas, to the burrito bowl, double shell tacos, to the cheese shell tacos. You can taste the freshness with every bite.
Great experience that we would like to come back again and try other items on the menu.

On the day before heading back home, we had to get our Mexican food fix and checked out this local spot. Upon approaching and entering, we were transported back to our local spot in Ensenada Mexico that we always go to with the family. Anywho, the staff was very friendly and machismo lol, but it added to the atmosphere. The food is delicious. It was as if our meals were homemade and injected with love and serranos lol. On my first trip to Palm Springs, this was yet another happy moment and I look forward to hitting this spot up again once I'm back in town.
On a 4 day visit to PS we ate here twice. The food is spicy and heart warming. The patio is quaint and cozy. Staff are friendly. Can’t wait to go back.

My friend ordered a plate of carne asada, and was expecting, you know, a meat cut, but no, it was kind like a fajitas. We don't complain about the food because it tasted good, but not the expected flavor.
I think that it was a little overpriced.
The place is small and you can feel the heat 🥵 from people around and from outside..

One of the best meals I’ve had in years! Speechless *** Got the Cheese Shell Tacos … so got had to order them again. So I got the Asada and Pollo! Pollo was my favorite. The owner was great even was suggesting other things to do in town.
Food was super delicious and generous. They have free chips and salsa: green and red. The red one is a little chunky which was everyone’s favorite in my party. Service was great too.
Authentic Mexican food. Loved the atmosphere and the food. We started with chips and salsa, which is homemade and was not too spicy but just the right amount.
Today, we had Carne Asada Tacos, which came with rice and beans. Wonderful flavors and just the right amount of food.
My son also had a Carne Asada Burrito. Wonderfully packed with plently meat and flavor.
They prefer cash but cards are acceptable.
We love it 🥰 The nachos with salsa was SUPER DELICIOUS. I would love to know how to make it! Also, I love the cheese shell tacos. It tasted fantastic. 🤤 Definitely recommended!
Double Chavela is money! Guac, salsa, beans, rice authentic. Burrito and bowl with chicken is exceptional. Great service as well.
Wow. Fantastic food. Super nice service. Nice sidewalk seperated outdoor patio dinning in Palm Springs downtown. Nice to watch the world go by as you eat.
