Nice place to visit. Came here for breakfast a couple times while in town. The manager and leads are very nice and super friendly. If there was an issue with a drink they would fix it no problem. Would come here again.
Drive thru order taker was friendly and nice. Lots of cars and 1 car order was unusually long, but after that person everything went smoothly. Used coffee mugs as a no contact drink hand off, interesting. Overall from order to hand off quick drive thru.

This is a Starbucks reserve location, they have a clover. Some notes on the place there are two comfy chairs and a drive threw. There is also a patio. I was most impressed with the large 4 seated table scattered throughout the cafe. Great place to sit and chat on a laptop or study some educational books.
This Starbucks just opened ed recently it’s a well managed Starbucks and is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood
I visit this Starbucks this often. The whole staff is wonderful. I would like to give special recognition to Angela! She always take the time to say hello, remembers my order and makes it perfectly.

The employee's are extremely kind and compassionate towards any person from every walk of life. My husband and I spend at least a couple hours everyday there and even without finances to purchase the goods, we arent looked at or treated "less than".
The manager nick is doing a great job keeping the team moving like a well oiled machine. I am also glad his store is environment friendly with everything properly recycled for a very low impact on our environment. Other stores do not care as much as this store, as I have observed.
I missed the old staff here, it looks like Starbucks can't retain their employees. They get new staff so often it really makes you think if their culture aligns with your beliefs. No surprise we see unions getting into this stablishments. It's a shame they don't take care of their staff. Coffee is great but don't expect great service, it's a hit or miss .
Huge Starbucks. Not tiny like alot of them. More like a restaurant. A few really comfy lounge chairs. Could use a few more but I guess nobody would leave. Really friendly staff.
One of my favorite Starbucks in the valley. And that's only because the customer service is so good. Last time I was there the drive-thru line was around the corner and the in-store line was out the door. And I still have my order within 15 minutes they move fast in there
Truly the best Starbucks I’ve ever stepped foot into! This place was the best part about my short stay in Palm Springs. Stacies and Charmaine’s customer service is unmatched, plus the team works fast. I’ve never had to wait anything over 3 minutes max for my orders - which were usually 2 or 3 drinks at a time. They’re always super nice to my dog too and offer her pupaccinos and hugs everyday ( HUGE BONUS FOR ME or any pet owner).
We love you guys! Thank you for everything and please don’t ever change.💕🌵

Customers are waiting in line and no employees say “well help you in a minute “, acknowledge customers, after all if no customers there’s no paychecks, no jobs, customers are the reason this place stays open for business. It’s not hard for staff members to simply say “well be there in a minute”., I have my Starbucks App but I prefer human interaction but when I see this neglected line OR see this staff member on register “Gas attendant” personality I prefer to order online.

It’s been more than few times I have waited up to 13 minutes (almost 15 min) for a drink., wether I order it upfront or online.
I would totally suggest to put their Aces in their places..
To fully stock and have extra backup for each shift.... elevate yourself and the team.

Delicious coffee at an affordable price. Sometimes a long service on the drive. I prefer to go inside than to drive.
If I could give 100 stars to the staff at this location , I would have . Vicktoria, Audrey , shermin , bailly and other ladies I don't know their names , are rocks.
I 'v been going to this SB 8 years and this is a busy location but these ladies are always happy , smile, they are professionals and most of all very patients . they are doing an awesome job . thank you all .Sean and Peter .
They will make a surprisingly sweet complimentary ice water of any size if you ask nicely. Just be prepared from glares of other paying customers who wish they had your motivation for frequenting a wonderful local coffee shop.
