We had this amazing date night during our palm spring trip. Let me tell you, this place is super easy to find on main street, and you won't have any trouble finding a parking spot either on the street or in the free parking lot nearby. When we went, it was pretty quiet, and they had both indoor and outdoor seating. We decided to sit outside and enjoy the lovely weather. Now, for the food, we ordered the tofu sultado for the veggie option and the beef curry with rice. Gotta be honest, the veggie dish didn't really do it for me, but the meat dish was a whole different story. Bursting with flavors, it was absolutely delicious! And let's not forget about their amazing Peruvian cocktails. We were blown away by everything we ordered. The server was really helpful, although he wasn't super knowledgeable about Peruvian cuisine. But hey, overall, it's a good spot to give your taste buds a treat. Definitely worth a try!

Delicious! Delicious!! Delicious!!! Best ceviche I’ve had in the US. The steak was amazing! The waitress was super nice. Definitely coming back again. Highly, highly recommended!

Was expecting to find Peruvian as we walked up here but we were happy we did. Worth a stop from the ceviche to the dessert

We were super hungry so we got the Jalea Mixta ($29), which is a giant plate of fried calamari, fried shrimp, and a huge piece of fried fish. To wash it down we got the Parilla Mixta ($65), which is a giant plate of beef, steak and skewer, chicken, and pork. It came with another giant plate of fries and salad. Service is friendly and the food is amazing.

Amazing dinner at Inka! I love South American food which is hard to find and they really did it well. In Palm Springs there are a lot of Mexican restaurants that are awesome but was good to have a change of scenery. I had of course the classic Pisco Sour which you must order if you haven’t tried one! For dinner I tried two different entrees, the Aguadito de Pollo (Fresh cilantro chicken veggie soup) which really made me feel alive and the Bisteck a lo Pobre which Peruvians really know how to prepare a killer steak along with their delicious salsas( two different chimichurri type)! The dinner was bomb and can’t wait to come back. By the way the family that owns it really is from Peru which you can really tell with how authentic the flavors are.

Absolutely amazing food. We split a soup - Sopa Criolla and an entrée- Aji de Gallina. Huge portions and tasty. Nice atmosphere with nice artwork on the walls. Cons were more service. There wasn't any explanation as to what the first 3 items were that were put on the table. Then again, there was no explanation for the sauces that were put on the table after. In addition, they were out of the one desert we wanted. The place is a little pricy as well but probably because of prime location.

Delicious. My boyfriend and I couldn’t stop eating off of each others plates. They served big portions and we ate it all 😋

Inka was such a great surprise when we last visited Palm Springs! I am from Peru and eating at this restaurant was like being back home! The flavors were very authentic. Truly amazing chef!!!! My husband is American, and he also absolutely loved the food. I have celiac disease, and the server was great at recommending dishes that were gluten free. My husband and I agreed that flying to Palm Springs just to eat here would totally be WORTH IT!!!!!!

This cute bistro has some of the best food in the desert! My husband his pollo al pobre. Huge portions but also amazing flavor and tender grilled chicken breast. Even the plantains were the best he's had. A simple side that adds so much to the dish. I was surprised with the great vegetarian options. Most of the restaurants treat vegetarians as an after thought and simply offer a salad or a beyond burger. This one caters to everyone who wants a delicious and filling dinner. The prices are great and each dish that we enjoyed were definitely worth these prices. The soy meat saltado was phenomenal. The sides were perfect for the dish as well. The sauces served with each dish were so delicious that we didn't leave any. This was our first meal at Inka but we will be regulars now!

Walked in and the AC was broken and fans were blowing. I thought about going somewhere else cool but my girlfriend convinced me to stay. I’m glad we did. Service was top notch. Friendly and extremely attentive waiter. Food came out the kitchen fast and was delicious. My girlfriend ordered the Lomo Salteado. The beef was tender and the rice, flavorful. I got the ceviche de pescado and it hit the spot. Little bit of heat and a whole lot of acidity. I’m going to have to come back the next time I’m back in town.

Good ingredients, original flavors and homemade taste... can't go wrong! Ordered anticucho and lomo saltado - well cooked and tasty despite being a tad too salty. THE.SAUCES.ARE.SPECTACULAR 100% recommended if you're walking in DT Palm Springs and are tired of tex mex and margaritas

Note: we went during Covid time. Seating is limited. We booked a 5:30 reservation. When we got there they started putting out more tables in their extended seating area. (It was street parking converted into a seating area with AstroTurf. We were separated by the traffic by a concrete barrier. I actually like sitting next to the roadway and seeing people go by.) Food: Food was great and plentiful! We had the calamari for an appetizer and it was huge! They also gave this spicy green and red sauce. Very recommended. I had the Tallarin Verde de Bisteck which is steak over pesto spaghetti. It was a huge steak and plenty of spaghetti for later. The wife had some seafood thing with rice. It was a ton of food. Drinks: I had the _____ Inka. I forget the name. It was really good. The wife had a martini which was a little strong so they happily exchanged it for their house red which the wife adored! Service: was a mixed bag. Again Covid. The world is different with this right now. I’m not going to go into detail about what happened because I know everyone is doing what they can with what they got. Overall I was happy with the service. I would recommend Inka Peruvian Cuisine.

I can't believe I've lived here 12 years and knew nothing about Inka. I would fly to Lima for food like this. Met a nice new girl and she took me. This be my new spot.

We had dinner there while watching the light parade show. Had a great time. Food was great. Had a great table. We stayed as long as we wanted to without pressure; even though we don't drink. Kids ate a lot. And they're picky.

Ceviche really fresh and tasty. Yucca tasted like the one we prepare in Brazil so I loved it. Lucuma ice cream is really good.
