I just moved back home from living in NJ for 21 yrs. never had time to check this place out during visits. Well Hallelujah! A 3 min drive never hurts either. Amazing chicken and sides! Can't wait to try everything! The tea was great! The girl at the counter was very sweet and added one extra pce of chicken since it was my first time there. She gave me a free cookie for checking in on FB as well. (Wasn't aware of that till I told her I checked in) I'm not a big cookie person but wow! It was really good!! Thank you and will be frequently visiting.

I miss this chain so much having moved to Orlando. I try to make it in whenever I come back for a visit. Great food and memories.
Food and customer service is alwyz amazing that goes without saying. If you've been you know! BUT their role in the local community is absolutely incredible!
Brian really came thru for our players at Forest Hill High with food for gameday after finding out what they were eating before games. All of us including the players are extremely thankful for what CR Chicks � has done!

I found C.R. Chicks Palm Springs about 3 years ago after my son was diagnosed with Autism. It was an especially trying time in my life as my husband and I had separated just months before then. Desperate to search for chicken or foods that my son who suffers daily with food texture, smell, and several other food sensory issues, I walked into this restaurant. My son was with me and immediately got over stimulated by the busy environment. I began feeling like I needed to take him outside until he calmed down and to walk back in. As I began apologizing to people inside the restaurant for his screaming and disruptive behavior, the manager Brian walked from behind the counter and interacted with my son. This is something that no manager anywhere has ever done in the past. Brain then offered my son cookie and comforted him. I was able to put in my order and received my food without any problems. Brain assured me that my son was welcomed in Palm Springs C.R. Chicks anytime and that he would do his best to always make him feel comfortable and welcomed. When I got outside to my car, I cried like a baby. This was a nice unexpected gesture while facing a new and terrifying chapter in my life with my 2 years old son. Plus my son LOVED their chicken thigh. Fast forward 3 years later, I am still a very happy customer. I am able to call my chicken thigh in daily and have it prepare and ready with love 😊. Life is not perfect but C.R. Chicks Palm Springs made my son’s feeding therapy and food refusal program so much more easier to deal with. I can’t even begin to talk about the ladies in the front who are always very friendly and kind. And also the staff in the back cooking and preparing foods! It’s “Rare” to find a restaurant with the whole package (Professional/Friendly/Caring staff, great food, good prices, clean, and so much more) and C.R. My husband and I went in for take-out. It was a little confusing at the counter, and we ended up going home with someone else’s meals instead of our own. We had gotten there 10 minutes before closing, so by the time I got home they were closed. I called just to see if our meals were there.. they weren’t, but the manager Brian and cashier Katie bent over BACKWARDS for me. I honestly felt like I was royalty. They told me to come back and pick something else out, anything, and continually asked me what they could do to rectify the situation. It was some of the best customer service that I have ever received, anywhere. Love this location!

Really nice, consistently delicious fire roasted chicken chain.
Love their smoky penna pasta and the chicken house salad with the homemade honey mustard dressing.. Chcicken sandwiches are also nice as they bake their own bread.
Get the TURBO 🔥 sauce if you love firey spicy deliciousness.
Brian at the counter is a doll and deserves a raise. I ate lunch today and watched him go out of his way with EVERY single customer. Telling call-in orders to “drive safe” and offering a woman grabbing her take out to package her order a bit more to make sure it didn’t spill on her on her way back to her office. You don’t see service like that often.
I had been wanting to try them and I got food from them for the first time yesterday. They did not disappoint. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. I should point out that I went early like right after they opened. The Big family meal had so much food that 3 of us ate twice. I will definitely be back.

Most consistent and amazing flavors at both locations I have been too! All employees provide phenomenal service and I can almost 99% guarantee each dish will have the tastiest, juiciest chicken!
I’ve never eaten anything from here until today. The online ordering was simple & the curb side was convenient. The chicken breast sandwich was incredible & the horseradish smashers is a new fav. I’m glad i ordered curbside so i could drive over to McDonald’s to get a Coke. CR Chicks sells fountain drinks for $2.25 but McDonald’s does any size for $1.
Best chicken joint in Palm Beach county by far.This is only one of several locations too. Mouth watering rotisserie chicken and amazing sides/desserts.
I've been going to CR Chicks since they opened the spot in Jupiter. I've never been disappointed from any of their locations.
Reasonable priced, good quality, and delicious food.
The best part is after years of enjoying this restaurant in various locations, it's always consistent. That's a hard feat and so I know that's the result of hard work and good management.
