Been to many Dunkins and i have to say this one is special, the place is extra clean, the employees are very nice and always are looking to help you. Musarrat was aswome, keep it up! New customer here
Really Dunkin’? Is this how you feel about your customers and the service that you provide? But I do have to say that at least you are consistent in disappointing me every damn time I visit one of your stores. You really need to take some lessons from Starbucks and Shipley Donuts.
My gf wanted coffee and her dog Chonga is my shotgun rider whenever I go on a coffee run. We ordered 2 donuts, 2 Lates, and 2 bagels totaling over $20. When the manager gave me my food, I pointed to Chonga who was anxiously watching me from the car and asked for a shot of whip cream for her. Starbuc
I keep praying I'll find a Dunkin' with freshly made doughnuts 😡 since doughnuts are where they made their fame & used to be Dunkin Doughnuts. This one is just as disappointing 😢 as the last 4 I've been to. Still great coffee though.
Long lines I ordered a iced sunrise w/ French vanilla swirl and oatmilk. Apparently they ran out of oatmilk. My coffee tasted bitter

They used to be the best. Not anymore. The other day i just ordered a coffee, they make me wait for several minutes. Very disappointed.
They made my order totally right and they made the coffees just right which is way better than I can say for 99% of all the places I've gotten breakfast from this whole year. They were a little slow getting the food out but it was fresh and it was pretty good.
You can have your fancy foreign-named coffee drinks ... I'll take my DD coffee any old day. My personal favorite snack is anything on a croissant. As far as donuts and bagels are concerned, I'd rather have a coffee roll. Great way to start the day.
