We were in Eagle River for our honeymoon this July and had the Arctic Wolf. Sold! We brought a bag home to Washington and have continued to order the Wolf blend. Just today we got 6 samples of other roasts and we are super excited to try them all! By far the best coffee we've ever had.
It has been 6 years since we lived in Alaska yet my husband misses the outhouse blend so much I still order it for him for special occasions like Christmas and birthdays.
Best coffee out there. Love the Fog Riser and Arctic Wolf. Edit to add that the Wood Roast is now my absolute favorite.

Took a chance on the Sh*t Creek coffee for my husband that I found at a craft fair in the Adirondack Mountains and he loves it.
I "discovered" this coffee at the Anchorage Downtown Market. I am hooked. I plan to have this as the main coffee in my house. I like that I can go directly to the shop and buy in bulk.
Fog Riser is an excellent coffee, it's great to know a coffee of this quality is made right here in Palmer.

Fast forward a few years, these guys are still my go to for local coffee. I'm impressed with the oil content of the whole bean dark roast, delicious!
Personable, friendly customer service. Everytime I stop by, it is always a pleasant experience. I strongly recommend trying them out if you want great local coffee. Very affordable too.
Note that this is a coffee roaster, not a coffee shop! That said, you can just about get your caffeine hit by standing around and inhaling. We love their darker roasts, especially Denali Mountain and Arctic Wolf.

I've had their Arctic Wolf which is a dark roast-'excellent flavor. I picked up a bag of Black Satin which is a blend of Colombiab, Sumatran and Peaberry. Haven't tried it yet but pretty sure it will be awesome!!
We had such a wonderful experience! Employees were all friendly, welcoming, helpful and very knowledgeable! Can't wait to go back again! But for now we'll just have to restock online. :) Our favorite coffee!
