It's just okay. The food we ordered wasn't bad but not great either. boneless wings were good size and we liked the sauce, but they had no crunch. I would've added more stars but for an Italian grinder there could've been more meat.
Delivery was about 45mins, so I guess average?

I ordered a pizza last night. Combination with anchovies. I cannot believe someone substituted sardines for anchovies. Taste like vinegary rotten raw fish. Still sick to my stomach over this. Not homemade pizza crust either tasted like a frozen pizza. This was a mean joke! Merry Christmas to you

We order from Paramount weekly, if not more & the service and food are wonderful. We have a small baby and always choose for delivery. Foods on time, hot, and delish! I won’t order from anywhere else!

Just called and was asked to hold, which is fine. Except the woman didn't put me on hold, just put the phone down on the counter... proceeded to talk with her co-worker about "I tell people to hold whenever I want, if they get impatient, they'll hang up..." Proceeded to talk with co workers and just.... breath into and around the phone? After 5 minutes I hung up.... Yikes.

Anything I order is typically 👍 ...accidentally received the wrong grinder and was fixed with a simple phone call! Great place for takeout

We have ordered from here multiple times and 9/10 times the food is delivered late and cold. I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt so we’ve given the restaurant a couple chances. One time my card was charged multiple times for different amounts, I went down the next day and had to show my bank statements and demand refunds. I also placed and order paid with my card and tipped with cash, I checked my bank account and noticed they had tipped themselves $10 after I had already tipped them. I’m usually one to let things go but multiple times trying to “overcharge” or “self-tip” is insane to me. When you have the chance to dine out and give your local business “business” and they take advantage of others is when I no longer do business with you. (Check your accounts)!
