If I could rate a negative star I definitely would. Went here tonight after a long day and I get home to both my burgers without meat and just ketchup and cheese. I ordered the 2 cheese burger meal and got no burgers to eat ! Only thing they got right was my drink
Not the McDonald's of old. Waited in line for quite awhile and finally ordered. Part was missing but did not apologize. Then missing sauce and had to return to get it. Server was pretty rude to another customer. Next time even if it is late, I would go home and eat. Wouldn't recommend going. If you
This McDonald's is horrible. This big mac had so much nasty wet lettuce, it was like garbage. Dog enjoyed the burger patties though.

Meat on quarter pounders was not cooked throughout and pink on the inside. Order taken and they assumed it was a take out. Did not ask.
Placed order at kiosk and then watched them fill grub hub orders for 25 minutes before they started ours. Way too long for McDonald's.
Shoutout to the kid (male not female) working at 11pm on Thursday who spilled hot coffee in my boyfriends lap then laughed with his coworker about it in front of us.

I only go here for the Play Area for my son. This place is pretty dirty and the ketchup dispenser is always empty. The children's restroom in the play area doesn't have a door knob. I always feel like I need to shower when I leave this place. Service is usually below average as well.
