So we never have been to a restaurant where you order by monitor...lol. I think we're too old school and this would be the reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5. Came here the other day and it was quite a decent experience. The prices are definitely expensive for the quality and amount of food you get, but the food is good.

I had ramen. The broth was very nice but overall there weren't the toppings I was hoping for like an egg. You also don't really have a server to ask questions, you order from a tablet. Overall I would not recommend this place for ramen, compared to a ramen specialty restaurant.
Prices have gone up recently and many dishes unavailable/ dropped in quality. I guess for simple fast food this place is fine but I can’t recommend. Also, they started accepting tips at checkout despite previous statements regarding being a tip free restaurant. Tipping very disrespectful for Japanes
Nice Japanese chain restaurant in Palo Alto. Reasonable price. Great service.
Neat concept with everything including the tip included. Order from the table's tablet and the food is whisked out. The meal portions are sizeable and appetizers can pose too much food. Friendly service and great tasting food.
