Service was great, and the food was by far the best we had while visiting Panama City Beach. We ordered drinks (alcoholic), two entrees, and dessert for less than $40. Always be on the look out for their specials they have to offer! We enjoyed the Thursday night special -- yay for souvenir pint glasses! Also, their food is exceptionally good. They fry their food in cottonseed oil, which adds to the rich flavor. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

The first time we visited here when they first opened I had the lowrider Burger and even though it was pretty messy, it was really good. My fiance later on had the country fried steak special for $9.99 (at the time) and it was one of the best country fried steaks I have had in years. I would definitely go back just for that country fried steak for myself. It was so good I wished I had ordered that instead of what I had got that night.
We were seated quickly despite full parking lot. The quoted wait time was 15-20 but we were seated within 5 minutes. The server was friendly and took good care of us. The food was typical southern cuisine. I reluctantly split the fried chicken for two. I was skeptical about the chicken bring as good as my son touted. The fried chicken was very most and tender and the flavor was unique. The breeding was good but I prefer a thicker breading. I had cheese grits and corn bread for sides. Both were good with the corn bread being a little too sweet for my tastes but it was still good. Everyone's dish was cooked well. The decor is good paying special attention to the biker life. Overall I liked the details in the decor. I would visit again.
Service was wonderful. Taylor was our waitress. Grilled gulf shrimp with red beans and rice Catfish filets and fries. We also tried the buffalo wings with several sauces on the side. The wings were the best I had.

Fun & funky biker/sports bar, with interesting motorcycles & decor. There is even a small souvenir shop! Lots of fun food choices, reasonably priced.
Still the best fried chicken in the area. All the motorcycle memorabilia is pretty cool. Our waitress was friendly and down to earth. Mashed potatoes are real and so is the gravy. Green beans had a piece of bacon in it just like grandma used to have.
Although this was our second visit, this is our first review. Food was great, service was great, atmosphere was great. I had the catfish and it was cooked well and I was served a large portion. The fried okra was great, too. Wife had the Lady Rider burger and couldn't say enough good things about it.

Food was very good but it was a long wait with a not-so-crowded dining area. Even the server was apologetic over the extensive wait. The added perks such as cup or shirt with a certain meal do not help that the price is quite high for the meal. Not to mention the live singer was not very good and seemed to forget the words to some of his.
Best fried chicken around! Their burgers are tasty too. I love the fried green beans as a appetizer. Cool atmosphere. The service staff have always been on point. Don't forget to stop in the gift shop and grab up some goodies.
Tried this place last trip down. It was tasty to say the least. Had the fried chicken, and loved it. Hot, crispy, and juicy. We will def. hit them up next trip!

This was a wonderful restaurant! :) my husband and I tried the cheese curds, fried chicken legs, bacon cheese burger and the country fried chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious. The fried chicken was so juicy and crispy. We totally understand now why they are famous for their chicken. The portion sizes are huge so that helps justify the slightly larger price tag. We loved it!

Fried chicken and catfish recommended!. Some of the best fried chicken we've ever had- crisp on the outside and moist inside. The catfish was great too. Service was good, the atmosphere was fun and a wide variety of customers were there having a good meal, from grandmas to bikers.
Lunch Review. Took the family there for lunch. The fried chicken is amazing, great wings (get the garlic hot) and cornbread is to die for. Highly recommended!!
My husband and I ate here for the first time tonight and loved it. He got a burger and I got the all you can eat fried catfish. It was tons of food and average prices. I would definitely go back
Good Food. I have been to the Wheel a few times for appetizers or fried chicken. Went in kinda late on Saturday and wanted something lighter. The chicken salad was really good. Flavorful, lots of fruit and nuts and lean chicken over crisp greens. Now I have another reason to go in!
It's OK... I didn't DISlike it. But there's no neutral vote here. The cheese grits were a little bland, the grilled shrimp, dry. I would probably give it another shot. The atmosphere was nice, and the waitress was efficient.
Awesome everything!. The food at Wicked Wheel is beyond great! The interior of the restaurant is something that I could have spent hours looking at. Motorcycles are everywhere. I only wish that we hadn't waited until the last day of our vacation to eat here. This is DEFINITELY going to be a favorite that we will return to every year. Don't miss out if you enjoy good home cooking and extra large size portions. The waitstaff was very helpful and attentive. My 3 year old nephew loved the food and the "bro cycles" (motorcycles) as he calls them. Yum!
Great food. I had dinner with my daughter, Grandson, and son in law. We each had a different item and each one of us was extremely pleased with our meal. Wicked Wheel is a definite go back to for us.
Definitely recommend!. We go all the time and the food is always good. The catfish is awesome and the burgers are huge and juicy. Occasionally we'll get a server that could do just a bit better, but service has never been so bad that it affected our decision to eat there. Staff is always friendly and the food is always great. They give you enough for 2 people so we always have leftovers. Even when we are there for Thunderbeach and there is a line to get in, service is pretty fast and the quality of the food never suffers. It's not overpriced like some themed restaurants either.
Overall, a good deal. We really enjoyed the automotive/motorcycle theme. The food was good, especially the "accessory" (side) of red beans and rice. The only complaint was our server was kind of slow, but not bad enough to mark down the restaurant or ruin our meal. Overall, a decent value and a nice dining experience.

Amazing food, HUGE portions. Eight of us (4 adults, 4 kids) ate here last week. Ordered the bacon-wrapped shrimp and onion strings as appetizers. Both were very good, and the Wicked sauce was awesome! For dinner, I ordered the Sportster Burger with red beans & rice, and a side of mac & cheese. Wife ordered the fried chicken (spicy), with sweet potato fries and cheese grits. ALL of the food was incredible, and truly enough to feed about 4-5 people. We could have shared a meal. I barely touched the red beans and rice and the mac & cheese. The fried chicken may have been the best I've had. Very cool restaurant inside as well with the decor. Check out the bar stools that are the bodies of different motorcycles! Cannot wait to go back!
A great time.. I read the reviews on Urban Spoon so I was not very surprised, but the wife also loved it! We had the onion strings and both had the burgers. They were wonderful and more than we could eat! We got an order of chicken fingers for my mother in law to go, she said it was better than her favorite restraunt back home.
Service was great! Request Nate who also manages. He does a good job! Food was good! Portion sizes were HUGE though. Chicken tenders were delish as was the spicy fried chicken plate. Just a TON of food for your money.

Good food, great atmosphere, good service. Family of 5 $54 for lunch. Well worth the money. We ate here for the first time when they opened in 2012. It was great food then & July 2015 food & wait staff is still great. Plan on visiting this restraunt every time we visit Panama City Beach. Even purchased a shirt & drink cooler at their gift shop this time around.
Great service, loved the atmosphere and decor. A little on the dark side though. The gift shop was a nice touch. The burgers are huge and well worth the money. The bus boys cleaned tables quickly (I hate eating places with dirty tables around). The hog shrimp is a must try!

A good value for good food. The 3/4 burger, with 2 sides, is plenty to share! And it was delicious. My son got the spicy fried chicken, and rated it a 9 out of 10. Sweet potato fries are delicious, and plentiful. I would definitely eat here on our next trip to PCB. Take time to read the information in the bucket on the table about all the motorcycles, cars, and components in the restaurant.

Kids menu was priced appropriately. Burgers are HUGE 3/4 lb angus beef. Fried chicken was crispy and breaded Southern style. Cornbread is sweet.
Service was very pleasant. Attentive waiter, even a biker dude sitting outside to welcome us. Overall, a nice casual dining experience for my family while in Panama City.

Food was better than average. Service could have been better waitress really didn't care about her job or company. Chicken was good, burger was good. Fries were good. Mashed potatoes were really good. Only 1 free refill on drinks sucks. This isn't the north east. Likely won't return.
Great food at great prices! The burgers are huge. My husband and I ate for $20, and I had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. Fast, friendly service, too. We would definitely eat here again.

GET WICKED!. Last week my friend and I had the opportunity to have lunch at the newest restaurant in Panama City Beach, The Wicked Wheel. The restaurant's decor is modeled all around vintage motorcycles and cars.
The staff was very friendly, the service was great, and the food was spectacular. We had a wonderful experience and plan to go back very soon. The burgers are huge!
Wicked Awesome. A fabulous new addition to PCB. The fried chicken is DELICIOUS! I also really enjoyed the wedge salad. My little boy really loved looking at all of the motorcycles and the car parked up on the wall(and the Mac n Cheese, of course). The interior of this place is super cool! Oh yeah...the Backfire Shrimp appetizer was yummmmmy too! Very family friendly and unique, I definitely recommend.

It's definitely not a "biker bar" or anything so don't let the motorcycle-themed stuff throw you off. 😂 Just makes for a cool vibe.
I'd agree with another review that the food is lacking a little. The fried chicken has some good crunch on the outside, tender on the inside, but could use more seasoning in the breading. I'd say the chicken is a 4/5. Mac and cheese and cornbread are only a 3/5 or so.
Food comes out real quick though and is super reasonably priced.
We chose The Wicked Wheel for a family dinner, and it turned out to be a pleasantly kid-friendly restaurant. We tried the 3-piece dark meat fried chicken, catfish, and chicken pot pie, paired with fried okra, grits, and Mac and cheese as our sides. Every dish was mouthwatering - the chicken was perfectly crispy outside and juicy inside, the catfish was wonderfully crispy and flaky, and the Mac and cheese, as well as the grits, were incredibly creamy and rich. We left in a delightful food coma. Plenty of parking. No wait time.

Unique and fun place to eat. We really enjoyed the motorcycle memorabilia hanging from everywhere. The food was ok. The chicken was a hit while seafood is not their strong point.
It was pricey but the portions were a good size. We especially liked how they catered to the kids. When the kids were served they had something unique on each dish. This just tickled our little granddaughter.
This place was awesome. We showed up with 45 people and everything was great. Our server Shayne was amazing and was spot on every order. We will definitely be back when we come back through Panama City.
Mannnnn this place had the best and I mean the BEST!!!!! Chicken and waffles!!!! If you can handle spicy get the spicy chicken with your waffles it’s a true game changer. The cheese grits where also great. The American style motorcycle theme was cool and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Not anything bad to say about this place and they have a cool gift shop as well.

We stopped here for lunch while on vacation and were very impressed. We are Texas natives and this was the best chicken and waffles I have had! The chicken was delicious and the waffles were cooked perfectly! My husband had the chicken fried chicken and said it was delicious. Rarely does my husband say that when we go out to eat. We will definitely have to stop here on our next trip to Florida!
Great food but disappointed at the family atmosphere. This was once a fun place to come and hang out with bikers and Jeepers and other adults. Today it was filled with families and crying children.
As I was buying a tee shirt even the cashier was shaking her head listening to a child screaming whose parents refused to take outside. They had been yelling their fool head off for at least 15 minutes.
Beautiful restaurant with museum pieces of motorcycles but don't expect that killer atmosphere it was once know for. The fact we were there 2 hours on a Saturday watching football and not a single biker came in to what was once known as the best biker bar around should tell you everything.
My favorite PCB dining experience.. the decor is amazing but nothing beats the food and drinks!! My family and I have been going here for years and if you haven't been, you should consider making a trip the next time you go to the beach!! You 1000% won't be disappointed!!
We were in town just driving around and decided to stop here for lunch. Decor was really cool and my daughter loved that she got to sit on a motorcycle (not a working one of course).. Food was delicious. I had the Backfire Shrimp & Cheese Grits. My husband had the chicken fried chicken with collard greens and red beans & rice. Kiddos enjoyed their food as well. It cost around $95 to feed 4 people which is a lot for us, but expected in a touristy area.. Definitely not somewhere you could eat often, but definitely worth at least a visit!
The food and service were both solid. I had a BBQ Burger with candied bacon and I liked it. I would order it again. There were no standouts. No above and beyonds. But, if you're in the area, absolutely check 'em out.

Love this place. We came kinda late like 9 ( they close at 10) we got pineapple cider the seafood combo and the catfish combo so yummy! Service was also great even though they were closing soon! The drinks were great and the food was great 10/10! Make sure you come here also a whole bunch of motorcycles so cool

Wings cooked off of applewood are a must try. I was told seafood is freshly caught and prepared. Definitely gives a feel of freshness in seafood.
The collection of bikes that were put on display gives sportive vibe. Staff is great and place always is crowded coz of high ratings.
Parking is sufficient. Wait time varies based on the place you choose to be seated(outdoor/indoor). Could sometimes go upto an hour during peak times.
It's worth the drive while visiting Panama City. The food was delicious. The blackened chicken was very juicy, and mash potatoes with brown gravy were homemade. We had garlic cheese curds for appetizer. Kids had mac and cheese, and it came with a small rice krispies treat. Allison was our server, she was friendly and checked in on us various times.

Great atmosphere and design. They seem to specialize in chicken dishes and I went with shrimp, maybe that was the wrong call. I have had better shrimp and grits. The starters were amazing though. Chicken dip and cheese were awesome.
We were kind of full with the starters and had to pack our main course. Also, most dishes were fried so come here if you are craving to have some fried chicken.
Ample parking space and they do have a barn to have fun while waiting for the table.
