Great restaurant located across the street from the beach and the pier. Good selection of menu items including fresh seafood caught from the local area. They also have a bar that serves drinks as well as an upstairs area that has a great view of the beach and pier. Currently the upstairs is being renovated but will be open soon. The staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely a place to try out if you are in the area.
Pretty great food, great service and nice atmosphere. Up visiting from SWFL. Fish tacos were outstanding. Amberjack sandwich nice zip. The orange cake is to die for. Happy Hour was a nice added bonus. Cheap appetizers and drinks.
I don’t typically add reviews, but i feel it is necessary. Our waiter Frank… 🤪 went above and beyond! He helped walk us through our first oyster experience (they are good give them a try!), interacted with the kids, and had an amazing contagious positive attitude. He took the time to talk to us and was just really friendly. Waiters and waitresses are important as they can make a restaurant experience amazing or really bad. We had such a good experience we will be back for dinner! Ask for Frank!

Went here on a Friday night, was not too crowded. Our waitress was just okay and didn’t open the wine which was unusual, we had to ask her to bring the corkscrew. My fish tacos were just alright, I really liked virgin strawberry margarita, wasn’t too sweet. My friend got rib eye that tasted really good, especially for such beachside restaurants. A bit pricy for the quality but it’s on the beach so whatever.
Overall not bad, staff was friendly seems they were training new ppl in the front so everyone was attentive. When I asked where the bathroom was, I was walked personally to the general direction instead of being pointed to.
We went for apps, got the calamari and the crab bites. Crab bites were well seasoned and the sauce had plenty of flavor.
Did not get 5 stars only because the orange cake was awful, tasted like vitamin c chewable tablets.
I would go back... maybe I need to try the cheesecake instead.
Another good meal at back porch. We decided to eat at the bar, Edgar our bartender was amazing. Only bad thing was you need to go online to make a reservation to get a table. So we ate at the bar. The point is its off season and i couldn't just walk up to get a table. The service and food were very good.
The food was awesome. Service was very fast and the servers were very friendly. The serving portions are awesome. The price may be slightly high, but what else would you expect from this kind of location? If you like seafood then this is a good place to visit
My fiancé and I dined there last night the food was amazing we both ordered the surf and turf…our ribeyes were cooked perfectly, the snow crab legs and grilled shrimp were the best we’ve ever had out of all our PCB dining experiences…our server Todd was very friendly and attentive…food came out quickly! Todd definitely made our Dining experience the most enjoyable! Will absolutely be back!!!
The food was AWESOME, the waiters were really nice, and the atmosphere was nice and chill. Music and just a clean place. I recommend the shrimp Po boy. It is a little hard to eat, so I just eat the shrimp. Then, I take the fries and put them into the buns. After, I eat it like a sandwich. It tastes really good.

Had dinner here and were so happy with the experience and food. 10/10 on the food, which was surprising considering other reviews. Can’t figure out why this place has low ratings. Happy hour drinks were bomb and food was some of the best I’ve ever had.
Came here to satisfy a seafood craving on New Year's Eve. We had a great time! The two of us got a full seafood platter and a Tuna Shrimp Salad. Both of them were solid!
The seafood platter had fried oysters, shrimp, and scallops with amazing fresh taste and maintained a nice texture. On the other hand, the fish was a bit dry and bland, while the crab cake just didn't taste very good. The other problem I had with the platter was the price - it wasn't worth paying 40+ bucks for how much seafood we got (shown in pics).
The Tuna and Shrimp salad tasted great! No complaints about the great dressing and well-cooked shrimp & tuna.

Food was yummy and service was good. What more could you ask for? We were seated immediately and greeted within a few minutes of sitting down.
Hands down best place we've eaten at in PC! Cas was awesome, couldn't have asked for a better server. Food was heaven, the steak cut like butter and was seasoned to perfection.
We love going to the Back Porch! It is quite expensive though so with 3 kids, we only come for special occasions. The food is delicious every time we go. The portions are pretty good size, customer service has been good for us every time we went as well. I recommend getting the key lime pie for dessert!
