Bar tenders are always super nice and the food is delicious. The atmosphere is very positive, and clean. They make their drinks steong, you definitely get your money's worth.
Pleasant surprise for us on a rainy Tuesday night as we drove over from Seacrest Beach for dinner.
From the outside it almost appeared closed but it was just the appearance I suppose. They could do something there to invite you in better I think.
The outer room you walk through is also underwhelming with dark brown patio furniture. Once you hit the back room you finally start getting a good vibe of "Craft Bar".
Nice vibe, lots of brick and wood and booze. Decent beer on tap menu and the ever changing chalkboard. Our server introduced herself and the fest was on.
There were five of us and we had four of the signature cocktails and an IPA to start.
My Smoked Old Fashioned was very tasty and had the iceberg cube in it. My second was the Gin Gin Mule and while it was ok, I liked my first one better. Everyone seemed to enjoy their choices and we got 9 different ones while here.
The charcuterie plate at $14 was decent but our server did not inform us what type cheeses we had and the cured meat was a small amount of salami. Good but not great. Some kind of oil was in the plate too and we had no clue what it's function was or the origin.
The new salad with blackened shrimp and black eyed peas on arugula was simply outstanding and the whole table was trying to get into this one. The shrimp were very spicy, a good thing, and the cornbread croutons were a nice add. The creamy dressing had some andouille in it as well. The Cobb Or Chef salad was also good and very big, even in the smaller size.
We had burgers, Snapper sandwich along with the handcut fries and these were all well above average. The Que and the Craft burger were our choices.
This could go to 4 or above after another visit or two but the opening rating is a solid 3.5.
Service was in the 4 plus range.
We recommend this place.
My husband I were looking for something new and fresh. And found this gem, great burgers (Monday nite is half of burgers). And OMG Poutine to die for fries with gravy and crumbled cheese. We will be back!
The Craft Bar in Panama City Beach is something that we have been needing for a while. The beer selection they have might be the greatest around! The servers and bartenders really know there beers! Maggie waited on us and told us that to tell her what we like to drink and she could assure us she could find us one better! We started out with a flight Zombie killer was my favorite! Dylan the bartender touched our table and told us that he could make the best beer mixture and we trusted him. I told him I loved stouts and he came back with an Abita Strawberry and The Left Handed Milk Stout which was truly AMAZING! Maggie recommended we get the Mac and Cheese and Roasted Pecans! The staff was happy and lively even though they were a little busy everyone seemed to keep their guests happy and smiles on their faces and cater to not only My husband and I but their other tables as well! We will definitely be back and are really glad you guys are here! Welcome!

I had seen that they offered a bison burger and I hadn’t had one in years. We went during happy hour so we took advantage of the beer and snack specials. We both chose the North Coast Old Rasputin Imperial Stout (loved it!) and shared the Hot Chicken Nashville Style and the Pulled Pork Quesadillas. If you like hot and spicy (and I mean really hot and spicy) you will love the Hot Chicken. It was super crispy and perfectly fried, then tossed into a very hot sauce. Our awesome server, Brittany, warned us that it is really really hot and she was right. We were prepared and though it is hotter than I would normally like, it was also really good. The quesadillas were also tasty and just the right size for a happy hour snack before the main course of burgers. I was really craving the bison and that is what I ordered. It was smothered in jack cheese and fresh jalapenos and served with fresh cut fries. These fries were the perfect combination of soft and crispy and very fresh tasting. My husband had the pimento burger with huge onion rings. The 1/2 lb beef burgers are all made with local pasture fed beef. I had a bite of his and it was also delicious. When you see the menu, there may be a bit of sticker shock at the burger prices. The beef quality the availability of a good bison burger is worth it now and then (and those fries!) but you can also get the burgers for half off on Mondays.
Avocado with Pita was a nightmare. Just take a look at the photo attached. The avocado has such a muddy color and was terribly bland. Served with cherry tomatoes and cucumbers? Odd concept and really poorly executed.
This place cooks some solid burgers. Our burgers were cooked to our requested temperatures and we're oh so juicy. The fries are also really good. Like, really good.
Fries are obviously cut in house, and they prepare them expertly. Just a really good French fry. Espresso Martini was actually on point flavor wise.
A bit pricey but worth it. My husband had the fried grouper fish sandwich and he enjoyed it. The batter was crispy and had flavorful fish seasoning. He enjoyed the sauces that came with this fish as well.
I had the blackened shrimp this came with cornbread. The cornbread was moist and fluffy. The shrimps were super good and had a bit of spice which I thoroughly enjoyed. I had the Mac and cheese which was moist, soft and flavorful. Great cheese selection. I also had the mash potatoes with gravy. It’s very rosemary forward. I’m not a huge fan of rosemary but I enjoyed this with pieces of my blackened shrimp added to the mash potatoes.
I also had the gumbo which had a bit of
Spice also but this was my least favorite but still decent. I wouldn’t get the gumbo again.
It was great. Note let me explain, I’ve been coming here forever. After the hurricane it’s changed quite a bit. It’s not what it used to be but it’s still great. They lost me on the greens though. It used to be my extra side with every order. Here lately they just can’t get the recipe the way it used to be that i liked. The greens are good, just not what my pallet is used to from them. My server was bomb it was Kimberly and her cousin who I KNOW is gonna be a beast of a server and i Can not wait to go see her again. She even let me sample the greens before i ordered because i didn’t want to waist money. ( i hated them ). I always get macncheese, fried green tomatoes and fried shrimp. The bar tender did the darn thing.

Food was on point! Hubs and I split a burger and fries with the mac n cheese appetizer. So good, you must try!. We were so hungry, I forgot to take a pic of the burger. It was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The spicy ketchup was great! Our server was fantastic, though I can't remember his name. Everyone was friendly. The only reason it's 4 stars for the atmosphere was a couple of the tv's needed replaced, the coloring was off, and our table had a towel under it to make level. Minor things, the food and service were worth it. We will be back when in the area.
This little place has soooo much to offer!!! After being disappointed by many places we ate while in PCB on a getaway, once we ate here we only wished we eaten here sooner so we could’ve come back again. The craft drinks are absolutely amazing (get the espresso martini, you can thank me later!). The burgers, fries, onion rings, and mac and cheese were all excellent. No need to add any salt and pepper plus the house made spicy ketchup doesn’t come close to anything that’s bottled! This will definitely be a regular spot for us when we visit PCB. Service and food were stellar!!!!
Local bar. Great food, Great craft beer, Blackened Mahi, Awesome fries, veggies are perfect. Gumbo to die for! Fancy cocktails also. Can’t wait to come back!
This was a pleasant surprise in our vacation plans. We ended up eating a super late dinner at about 9 or 9:15pm (with our 5 month old with us)... And The Craft Bar was insanely good. Do NOT skimp on the truffle fries. The burgers are fantastic.
Being from TN the Nashville Hot chicken was actually good here! The collard greens were very yummy as well.
The Black bean burger was good, it was just falling apart and veryyyy tender from possibly more quinoa than black beans.
Overall services, drinks, and food were good!
Tuesday night is trivia night, it was great! We hooked up with a local team, what a blast. Great service good food and Drinks! The trivia host was awesome and very personable.
Beer 🍺 all good. Green tomatoes were too thick and not very tasty, but they look good. Macaroni cheese balls 😋 yamy. Little hamburger with pillpork a little dry. But the place looks good and the food is ok.
Food and drinks were phenomenal! I ordered the very berry mixed drink. It was refreshing and perfect. The pork quesadilla is out of this world. The pickled onions were the perfect touch. I highly recommend
Was so impressed with the service and food! Great choice of Beers and the food was A1! The Mac N Cheese with infused Bacon topping, um.. big winner definitely suggest this!! I paired it with the Pork Quesadilla and it was the perfect combo! This is not a BBQ place but the flavor was definitely there in the pork. Tanner the Bartender told me they cook over night I believe for 24 hours and the taste does not disappoint. Tanner was also very personable and informative. Great Job this is a must try place!!
We really enjoyed our time spent at The Craft Bar! Lindsey was an amazing bartender who was willing to recommend drinks and made the best beverages we’ve had our whole trip! The atmosphere was so relaxing & the company kept us laughing the whole time! The staff is so knowledgeable in the craft that is involved in mixed drinks! I would highly recommend the lemon meringue martini (a seasonal drink, but when you have the best bartenders who will make whatever they are able to make!) we hope to visit again before we leave! 10/10 would recommend! Ask for Lindsey! She’s the best!

The salads are amazing here. In fact all the food I've tried is great. Drinks are pretty good too most of the time. Selection of draft beers is overwhelming but fun! Maybe a weird thing to comment on but the volume of the music is always perfect both in the dining areas and even the bathroom. Live this place!
Excellent all around. Best happy hour in PCB, in my opinion. Great cocktail options on the happy hour menu and snack items. Lots of great tasting beers. Stouts are delicious! Well definitely be back soon, it's not far from home.
Lindsey, the bartender was very attentive to my wife and I. Had been Christmas shopping and that can sometimes be a little hectic, to say the least. Popped in and and enjoyed ourselves and continued shopping after that. Go check out Lindsey and Craft Bar. Very nice experience 👍
Ashley was the best server. She rocks!! Christian in the kitchen came to check on one of us with gluten allergies to see if she was good with certain spices. You won't see that in places down here. The PCB location is, in my opinion, better than the Destin location. Definitely go here.
