Visiting Panama City Beach for the winter months, we wanted a GREAT pizza, not your normal, every day delivery kind. We asked the girls at the library if they could recommend a place for us. The girl lit up and recommended Bricks & Barley to us. Great Pizza, Salad, and over 200 Beers!! We were not disappointed! We were super pleased and highly recommend!!! Food & Staff, 5 STARS!!!

Our server was super friendly! I got the pepperoni calzone and it was good but it wasn’t hot which surprised me. Their pizza sauce is excellent though. The rest of the family got the classic pizza and they liked theirs too but again the pizza wasn’t hot so maybe our order was sitting for a while before getting to the table. They were busy and definitely short staffed. Pitchers of beer were only $8.
Delicious pizza!! Probably the best pizza I’ve ever had, seriously! And the fries are some of the best too. Atmosphere was chill and everything was clean. All the staff we encountered were great! We tried multiple items to get a feel for everything too and everything was delicious! There were 5 of us (aged 8-34) and between us all we ordered:
App- jalapeño poppers
slices- cheese, pepperoni, brick house, paradise
Calzones- good pellas (my favorite!) and 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon
Sandwich- chicken bacon ranch (surprisingly really good)- came with the best fries!
Truly everything we tried was delicious.

Let's start with the Buster Guarantee: "If it's not the best pizza you've ever had I will finish it for you for free...Guaranteed!" Now that's funny! We were in PCB for vacation and we always like to find a mom & pop pizza joint. We checked Google reviews (because Yelp sucks) and saw Bricks and Barley had 4.4⭐️ rating against 719 reviews. The rating and pictures looked like our type of place. Becky was our server and did an amazing job. If you like engagement with your server you will love her. She was super nice and very welcoming. When we ordered our pizza she pointed at a guy and said, "That's Buster right there and called him over. What a great guy! And a USAF veteran. Thats when we found out about the "guarantee". Again, funny. Our daughter enjoyed the breadsticks and ate every single one. She said they were the best she has ever had. My wife and I ordered a 16" Buster's Brickhouse Pizza, brucetta and a pitcher of beer. The brucetta was a good choice to take the edge off our hunger, but we decided we would set most of it aside and save room for the pizza. The pizza came and it was absolutely amazing!! Crisp, chewy crust, great sauce, and full of fresh toppings. Just the way we like it. The final test came when we took it back to the condo and tried it cold at dinner time. It was great cold, as well. Also reheated it in the microwave for 30 seconds and the crust barely lost its crispness. We decided this is the closet you will get to the perfect pizza! Very friendly staff, the pizza was amazing, hot and fresh and delicious. The food was so good we went the next day for lunch and got their Philly cheese. The place was very clean, and it's close to the beach, about a 5 minute walk.
Came from out of town and looked up some pizza places and this was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I don’t know if she was owner or what, but the lady up front, served our table, handled walk-ins, and worked the phones as well. She was phenomenal and what was even more phenomenal(as hard as it may be to believe) was the pizza! I was with a group of 4 and we got 2 large pizzas and half and halfed them. On my half, I got red sauce with chicken, shrimp, and steak with boom boom sauce on top and it was the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life and I worked at a pizza place for 4 years and made everything possible there. I’m unsure of what they had, but the other three said their pizza was amazing and so were the wings and salad. Do yourself a favor and stop by!
Husband loves the pizza from here. I love the wings and the salads. We have always ordered and then took it home to eat. However I give 2 stars for service bc when we first walked in the employees working ignored us at first. I might be a little old school when it comes to this but at least acknowledge people. I understand if you’re busy, but when I’m standing there, trying to figure out if I seat myself or where I stand at the register to order and you just walked past me don’t say anything it’s kind of rude. At least say hey I’ll be with you in just a moment something. The food is great though and worth the wait just needs to be a little more friendly.

This is by far the best pizza place I have ever been to. We ordered a large pizza with Pepperoni, Italian sausage, and mushrooms and also cheese bread. Both were delicious. I think the crust may be the best part, but each ingredient was superior to other places. The staff seem to enjoy working there. Great environment!
LOVED LOVED LOVED. Chill environment, kind and caring employees. I also had a glass of Riesling here that was 👌 They do have a full bar in the back. We ordered the Feta is Betta pizza and it did NOT disappoint! This place is unique because they have the dough prepped and sauced sitting on racks to quickly start pizza orders! Highly recommend giving this place a try.
Fantastic A1 pizza experience on NYE. Sat at the bar watching my Dawgs kicking some Wolverine tail, which made it just a little sweeter. All staff were super friendly despite an unexpected crowd & beer selection was pretty good too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I had a very interesting experience and one would fault myself on my choice of 5 stars reviews from the experience I had, but the only reason for the 5 star review is because of how they fixed the issue (payment pending)
I went and ordered food for my wife and I, but when I got there, I saw something I needed right away, a slice of their Thai Pie. It was delicious! I was impressed by the flavors and the taste and loved it! Highly highly recommend. What a great pizza too, good crust, good flavor, definitely a northern pizza slice taste.
I ordered sandwiches to go, which is where things went a little down hill. They were out of fries but accommodated very nicely and gave us other fried food, however I ordered a Philly steak for my wife without cheese and when we got back to our resort, it still had cheese on it; even after it was remade to have no cheese on it. The sandwiches were small and probably not worth the cost.

The wait was quite long on a friday night. However, totally worth it. The pizza was great, good crust and the buffalo fries were amazing. It's gonna be hot in summer as they have no central air.
This place is super chill … the pretzel sticks with beer cheese are good… the pizza’s amazing there was so much real cheese it’s almost too much lol … we got very cold cider beer “ angry orchard “ … one of the staff came and spoke to us for almost the duration of our time… it wasn’t annoying being that it was a date night it could of been… The reason for only four stars was the fact the staff gave me anxiety because of her attentiveness was betrayed as rushing us out and it made me want to leave instead of enjoying our self longer … and that’s on me I’m weird … all in all I would definitely eat here again and will recommend it for a chill time….
Please try this place you will appreciate how good pizza they make. Deliciously crafted made with love and test amazing. I order large half curry chicken with red onion,mushroom with garlic oil spinach base with cheese another half was Baffalo chicken with spinach,mushroom, red onion garlic base. It was not only delicious but great.
Customer service by Zack who waited my table was amazing. Friendly nice staff here and welcoming. I sure will come back here to try.
EXCELLENT spot. The atmosphere is quiet and laid back, the staff is friendly, and the pizza is delicious. I ordered a slice with vegan cheese and it tasted fantastic! Our waitress, Jennifer, was accommodating and polite. As someone who never leaves Google reviews, I could not miss reviewing Bricks and Barley Pizza. Will definitely be coming back!
Absolute best pizza I’ve ever had. This is as good as New York pizza. The crust is perfect and had a great crunch, and the sauce and cheese is incredible!! Service and atmosphere is awesome too! Such a great local place!
Ask the locals where was the best Pizza in town. This was it, and it was perfect….seriously some of the best pizza we’ve had in a long time.
Pricey, but worth it.
