The staff and food were beyond anything I've ever experienced. They prepared a custom dinner for me because of my diet and each member spent time conversing with us. What a wonderful time we had.

We love, love, love this place! This is the go to place for oysters! By far the best in PCB! Extra large and delicious flavors, so many to choose from, loved the seasonings on the garlic Parmesan, oysters Rockefeller were phenomenal, loved the Carolina (chef’s own recipe), and also loved the boom-boom cajun! It is so hard to choose a favorite! Super friendly owner and staff. High quality fresh food! Also had the shrimp fajitas…wonderful flavor! Oh and the drinks and bartender is the best…had a great freshly made piña colada, margaritas, and a custom made blind russian! You can’t go wrong eating and drinking here! New owner and management, so old reviews do not count.

Stopped in for some oysters and ended up having some of the best ceviche ever! The seafood trio ceviche was amazing. Make sure to get the housemade habenero mango sauce; it goes perfectly with the tangy ceviche. We sat at the bar and had great service and conversation with the bartender, James. Laid back vibe with high quality food- can't ask for a better experience while at the beach!

Amazing food! Osters and smoked tuna dip are the best in town!! All you can eat shrimp, yum! Crab claw dinner, yum! Wings are great too if you aren't into seafood! We eat here every time we come down to PCB!

Good food and no wait. Oysters were great. Loved the crab cakes. Good chowder, tacos and hush puppies. Mixed reviews on the shrimp & grits. Service was very friendly.

Food was delicious! Raw oysters were great and the snapper was cooked to perfection. The crawfish boil had a great kick in the seasoning. They were obliviously short staffed but everyone was friendly, working hard and the beer is cold while you wait. Definitely will be returning!

I absolutely love eating here. Local atmosphere. Raw oysters are awesome, the kids chicken tenders are fabulous, french fries are fresh and absolutely delicious, the crab claws are excellent and the scallop dinner is wonderful. Friendly staff and fair prices.

The restaurant is a little tricky to get to if you've never been before and it is easier to go around the back to park (the lot will be off a side street), but more than worth it.
Oysters are good quality and the prices are good for the amount of food you get. The menu has a cute theme and they have a few items that incorporate other seafood (shrimp, crab etc.) into the dishes.
I am very glad we stumbled upon this gem.

It is a very nice place with very good attention with excellent service, the kindness of the people makes you feel good on the site and their meals are very good, I recommend it 👍

This is the quintessential neighborhood bar & grill. The manager, Jimmy, is a wonder! I've never seen any manager as hands-on with everything in his restaurant. The absolute best crab claws in Panama City Beach can be found at Half Baked...I recommend them
blackened. The fried shrimp is perfection. You won't be able to finish the plate! The $2 draft specials are surprising...top notch brews, not the cheap stuff. Locals and tourists alike will find all they're looking for at Half Baked. The best news? They're open off season!!!

This was our first visit and it was awesome! The food was perfect, oysters melt in your mouth and shrimp was so juicy. The casual atmosphere is so relaxing. Allison was our waitress and she has a great personality. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely eat here next time we are in town.

Went for lunch on Wednesday ordered the grilled capitans platter, half the plate was greasy fries the other pieces small and unimpressive. This was a 24.99 lunch platter. Very disappointed and won't be back.

Food was not good. Ordered cheese grits... they were just grits. Not sure how you mess up grits but it happened. We were over charged for our food. The waitress claimed that someone must have wiped off the new prices when cleaning the menu.

Sat at the bar and talked with Jimmy, the owner, who was so down to earth, just like all the people working there. The food was fantastic (chicken poboy, onion ring, and oysters) and the beer was ice cold! Highly recommend you go now!

Three 9.99 sandwiches and 8 shots of absolute=78 dollars. Service sucked. I do not recommend this place. Over charged and not worth it. Not sure what happen to this place. Lady wanted to argue. I left and will not be back. Eating at sisters of the sea right now

The food was great. The service was great! Very homey and friendly atmosphere.
Hubby and I shared baked oysters 3 ways.. and they were all tasty! The fried tomatoes are worth coming back for! We will definitely come back to try more of the menu.

Greatly enjoyed our first visit last night with my family. There was 6 adults and 3 kids, the menu had a lot of options to met everyone's appetite. There was an menu item that was ordered that they happened to be out of, the owner came out and spoke with us and went above and beyond to make it right. We will definitely be back when we are in Panama again. Thank you for a great meal and experience. Bree was also a wonderful waitress.

Great food and great service....you got to try the baked oysters with crab and shrimp covered with gouda cheese.....awesome
Chris Miller
Got there after 8pm on a Saturday night during Thunder Beach. Fast friendly service and great food. Their "way out there baked oysters" were some of the best I've ever had. Crab, gouda, bacon, baked on made for a meal. Jimmy was the manager and shucking oysters...he was friendly and attentive. We'll be back. Awsome!

The husband & I ate here a couple of days ago right at the beginning of the lunch hour. They had just opened. I ordered what was the very last bottled Miller Light they had in the joint. The only working waitress (when I say working I mean she made a slight attempt to sparsely serve when she decided to get up from sitting outside chatting with her friends) took our order that was made up of fried pickles to start along with various baked oyster versions. The pickles came soaked in a grease coated basket bottom. (They were not drained of excess grease) When our "oysters" FINALLY arrived they were served with no forks or condiments except for a old dried up squirt bottle of cocktail sauce. The "oysters" were microwaved so long that they were dried up to the size of a M&M. LITERALLY. I had to ask for lemons and one of my "oysters" was smaller than a lemon seed! The ONLY folks who give this tourist trap good reviews are ones who have NO idea what GOOD food really is. YOU DON'T NEWK OYSTERS PEOPLE!!! I wish I had known prior to going. I also wish I had taken pics of what we were "served". Spent 50.00 for LUNCH and left feeling hungry, disgusted and in need of a shower and a disease shot of some sort. NEVER AGAIN!
Alex Garcia
Excellent service!! We arrived late and they were still very welcoming and didn't treat us like last minute assholes. And we got the all u can eat shrimp, which were excellent and they kept them coming. Very good oysters as well. Allison was an excellent waitress.🍤👍🏽

Horrible. The waitress was the cook, bartender and pretty sure she cleaned the toilets too. The oysters were chewy and tasted fishy. Sure hope I don't get food poisoning.....
Glen Granberry
Food was quite good. Prices reasonable. Generous portions. Fried shrimp as good as anyone's in town. Only negative was that I prefer metal utensils over plastic forks.
The fries were very good and reminded me of fries from up north. The hush puppies were very crispy, which I like, with not too much onion in them; some of the best I've had down here. The grilled shrimp were cooked perfectly and all other dishes were very fresh. The service and attitude of staff was great. This is a solid spot along Thomas Drive.

Best seafood by far!! Half Baked is a new establishment operated by a lifetime local with years of oyster shucking and seafood experience with a great personality. Everything is fresh and homemade...from appetizer specialties, soups and stews, entrees available fried, grilled or blackened, sides including French fries, hush puppies, slaw and more!, sauces and dips, key lime pie... ALL homemade! YUM!! Thx Scotty O!!!
We'll be back!!
Amber Aull
Excellent food at a reasonable price. The fresh Mahi was delicious and boiled shrimp were cooked just right. Not too well so they were it rubbery😀 the French fries are good too. Homemade and cooked cooked the right way.Good food and a friendly atmosphere.Good service as well!
Bruce Morgan
There are only a couple of places in PCB to get blackened, sauteed' Shrimp & Grits done RIGHT...this is THE BEST I've had in Bay County, hands down! 😎
Ken Shaffer
Ate there today and had no wait. The service was very good as was the food. I had a bakers dozen raw oysters from West Bay and they were ice cold. The crab, shrimp and smoked Gouda topped oysters were out of this world. The steamed shrimp and oyster stew were very good also. Half Baked isn't going to replace Hunts as our go to place since we live right near Hunts but we will definitely eat there again.

Not good at all. It's like they done care. Cheese not melted on oysters and steak & cheese was not good. We were one of three couples there's so very slow. This place won't last long. Scotty O needs to go back to Dusty's. Btw the 75 cent beer special is for a 6 oz beer(1/2 a beer).
Cynthia Gingold
Yummy!!!. We didn't know what to expect so we were thrilled with the food and the service! We ordered fried green tomatoes that were fried perfectly and were served hot and crisp! The soft shell crab dinner was fantastic! The hushpuppies were moist and better than cake. My husband had a dozen baked oysters and he said they were the best he had ever had--seasoned and baked perfectly. Our friends had fried oysters which they said were delicious! Our server was friendly and very helpful! The only criticisms we had was that instead of ranch dressing with the tomatoes a spicey aeoli (sp?) would have been better. It would be nice if they served beer in frozen mugs. Lastly, it would be terrific if they had more beers on tap. We will be recommending Half Baked to our friends and we will be returning!!!

Avoid!. Food - average. Service - beyond terrible. Do yourself a favor and drive right past this one. There are plenty of other restaurants in Pcb with average or better food and good service.

Thumbs down. Food was great service was awful ...just awful and they were not even busy

Best oysters (baked or raw) I've had in PCB & I've eaten at a lot of places in PCB. Blackened Captain's Platter, to die for. Hush puppies delicious and homemade. Low country boil, amazing.
