Would have given a 5 star review, but unfortunately this Starbucks can’t have the decency to add a tip option on their card readers. I had just deposited all my cash and couldn’t tip the poor girl that was all by herself making drinks for a long line of people. Do better Starbucks.
New menu named cold brew with cold cloud foam is soooo good. Fresh and just right taste. Not too sweet, not too bitter, not too soured. Pier park atmosphere also nice. Happy to hear music and nice breeze. I love this spot.
Could definitely be kept a bit cleaner. But great experience overall.
Lauren is a wonderful barista! Fast friendly! And always has a kind word! She is a credit to the Starbucks company! Will ALWAYS come to this location because of her! And I will and do, send others her way! :)
I’ve been here several times and am always pleased! Haley is so kind and helpful and the drinks/food are always delicious.
Your employee Josh needs to be recognized! He went above and beyond and even offered samples of items. Thanks to him, I would choose this location over any others in the area because I felt welcomed and invited. Thank you for making this a great experience!!
Customers service was wonderful tonight. So dissapointed I couldn’t leave a tip to thank them. They need to change this rule ASAP no matter the wage.
