Sonic Drive-in - Panama City Beach

It was decent for a drive in. The service was a little off for not being very busy. The girl who took my order disappeared and another guy came buy to ask if I was waiting for something. The chicken was hot and fresh. The fries were luke warm. It was about what I expected.

The workers there are amazing and super friendly. Also pushed to make the best quality and let me know how my order was coming along. Definitely coming here all the time

The air conditioning system was not working in their building at all. Which is no big deal to us cuz you don't have indoor dining. But that manager was really turning and burning with no AC. I'd hire him in a microflash. Everything we ordered came out fast and perfect. I don't see how he did it.

The kiosk was not working and it took 10-15 minutes for me to get help. The young woman was awesome that did assist. In their defense; it was late and all I wanted was Sonic Blast. It was awesome!

I was thier with my friend and my food was good but she got the chicken strips and they were hard she couldn't eat them.

Order on line. Suggest the same. Half off all drinks when Order line . Very punctual staff. always on time.

Marissa and Jay provided Great customer service! Marissa’s headset went out and she came outside to let everyone in line know and took their orders at their car. Jay promptly took payment and delivered the food. They deserve a raise!! Thank you!

Madison is the best!! She went out of her way to make my experience here great!! It was very busy but she still made me feel like I was the only customer there! She is definitely an asset to your company!!

Tator tots were overcooked and was unable to eat. My cherry limeade was all fizz and no flavor and no cherries in it. Service was slow and we had to ring again for I food again because they forgot about our order

The only place to go for ice cream! Karay and James are great, excellent customer service. Karay always remembers us and greets us with a smile. She is just awesome!
