I'll drive the extra few minutes to go to this location rather than the one on MLK for the service. The staff at MLK is so rude every time. The staff at 23rd is pleasant and polite.
Walked in. Everything was clean. Friendly employees. No line. Drive threw was packed. Ordered a medium mocha frappe and a large fry. Pleasant and easy experience. It only took 5 minutes to walk in, order, grab my order and walk back to the car. Quickest I have been to any fast food place.
Fries are
I frequent this location because of my job but i enjoy seeing familiar faces and the service i do get depending on hours. I’m also always happy to especially see two specific employees (tho i can not remember their names for the life of me…) but they’re two amazing women… appreciate what they do and
It’s a sharp new location. Double lines to place your order. fries came out hot and they gave us plenty of napkins. I was in heaven, Well…..

The restaurant was clean and the employees were nice but they need help with being able to get the customers meals faster.
I work across the street, so this is an easy go-to for breakfast usually. Ordering from my app gets me in and out of drive thru super fast! Everyone is always friendly!
Service was good. Order was correct. One of the employees must have been having a bad day as her facial expression was that of utter contempt.
Extremely accurate & fast 🤗 We used the drive through , very friendly employees & the food was FRESH & HOT & amazingly Good 🥰 I’m picky so I ordered no onion but it was all ready no waiting ❤️ This is by far one of my favorite locations in Bay County 🥰
This is a very unique McDonald's that actually has a Ronald McDonald statue outside sitting on the bench which I thought was pretty cool we went through the drive-thru and got McDouble bundles the food was fast it was hot and fresh in the employees were friendly
Great Service and has nice Parking area as well for when you just want some peace of mind alone with just your music and your McDonalds.
At this time while McDonald's is having their special the buy a big one Mac or a quarter pounder or the 10 piece nugget and get 1 for $1 is great. I'm it's very satisfied with their customer service they are always polite always ready to take service and it's actually clean in there
Most McDonald's I don't have good memories of but this one is decent. The people are friendly and helpful too
