Horrible customer service. They did not provide what I asked for . I got a plain sandwich when I paid extra for onions and sauce. Wish I could give zero stars cause the guys up front were so rude.

Love Dickeys, but this location was a bad experience. Taste and quality were lacking greatly. 2021- three years later this place has only gotten worse. Cold stale meat, no sweet tea, cold BBQ sauce. How is this place still open! 🤯 Stale old sausage was given, along with cold brisket 🤮

I have been eating at Dicke's for over 20 years. Order at the counter and they bring your food to to you. After you have paid for your order, you have just enough time to get your drinks, sauces, cutlery, etc. and sit down then your food arrives. Very good bbq for the price. I have never had a bad

Came in today around 5:30-6pm and there was no one inside. I guess I know why now. It’s not that great. The ribs are good. We had wings but they were not good. They have daily deals.

For this review I'm not starting with the FOOD but the service. Today me and my wife visited the Cactus location near PV Mall. Walked in a few minutes after opening with 3 people waiting in front of me and 2 employees at the counter. They were working rapidly to finish fulfilling a catering order. J

I've had good experiences with this location in the past. But a couple of months ago, around 6:00, they were out of nearly everything except beef brisket and macaroni and cheese. Then when we came back again, they are completely closed without warning. Signs are taken down and there was an eviction

Very good food. Came for $2 pulled pork sandwiches on customer appreciation day. OCRA was very good. Cool setting the aroma is amazing in the restaurant.
