We had a group of 16 for brunch at 9:30 am on Sunday, 12/18/22. We were seated right away. Our waitress, along with everyone else who took care of us, were wonderful! Here’s what I tried: - Breakfast Hash ($18): I subbed turkey sausage for the chorizo. It was tasty! - Banana Ricotta Pancakes ($17):
Wonderful experience last night with Kat. She was friendly and very knowledgeable on menu. Started with corn coup which was out of this world! Entree I got the filet, best one I’ve had in a long time. Ended with pistachio sundae. Amazing, 10/10. Would recommend-00%
Good good! Beautiful environment! Came here for lots of events and dinners. Also breakfast is good. Great service and never too busy. Really a hidden gem. Get staycation spot as well. Highly recommend! Always a good experience here.
Food was good with a nice view. Very nice place. The salmon of the avocado toast didn’t taste super fresh but it was ok. The granola breakfast was excellent. Good portion.
Wonderful restaurant on a beautiful property (within Shadow Mountain). I've been here for brunch and dinner and enjoy them both. There is a beautiful view of the mountains here, service is always attentive and not intrusive. The chef prepares an amazing menu with good variety and local ingredients w
H ‘61 Burger with additional patty easily landed in my top 5 burgers of all time list, maybe even the top spot. Everything was balanced, textures = phenomenal, served as is, rare-mid-rare. Spot on. Definitely an athletes portion; perfect after some golf or exercise.
Absolutely phenomenal experience. The wait staff was perfect and helpful, the food was some of the best we've ever experienced. An absolute must in Arizona! Scallops cooked to perfection, lamb shank that fell off the bone, and a burrata tomato salad that was bursting with flavors. Combined with a lo

This place was an unexpected delight. I’m always wary of resort restaurants, and yet Hearth ‘61 exceeded my expectations. We enjoyed quality dishes with great flavors, friendly staff, and gorgeous views. Our favorite was the basil tortellini, and the market branzino (the flavors in these were surpri
We were in awe of how beautiful this restaurant and hotel is. The food was amazingly delicious. We had the swordfish, rack of lamb, and flatbread. Each was great by itself and I could tell it was cooked with passion. I really enjoyed everything I ate here. Prices were great for a fancy dining e
Wow, wow, wow. My little family had the opportunity to dine at this hidden gem. We walked in as the sun was setting, and the view was amazing. As dark grew, it only become more breathtaking. Our server was top notch and did not disappoint with her meal recommendations. From the flatbread starte
First meal experience during my stay. I had the garden vegetable omelet from the brunch menu. The ingredients were fresh, properly prepared, and properly presented. The egg in the omelet was perfectly cooked and the vegetables sautéed just right. The crispy fingerling potatoes had just the amount o
We had such a great dinner at Hearth 61, such a gorgeous atmosphere. Our cocktails were our favorite part of the menu and the delicious flatbread. We also tasted a delicious risotto side dish which was to die for! Our salad was a little on the small side but besides that everything was really delici
Ok, you have GOT to try the banana ricotta pancakes. They are a great consistency and are topped with chopped bacon / pistachios with an awesome carmel sauce. This salty / sweet combination paired with the banana and ricotta is simply outstanding. Of course, everything else is good but I could eat t
My wife and I stayed at Mountain Shadows and just came down for a cocktail. Omar and Thomas were exceptional! Not only did they not rush us but had the most utmost respect for all their patrons! It's nice to encounter this southern hospitality coming from Maryland but growing up in Houston. I am a p
This meal was GREAT … and very reasonable $$$ wise considering what you get (and how carried away you can get) in Paradise Valley. Fresh ingredients, bold flavours, friendly service. Would highly recommend to anyone. One of the better meals we’ve had lately. Salmon 9/10 Chicken 10/10 Burrata 10/10
Last weekend, my boyfriend and I went to Hearth 61 for our monthly date night and we had a fabulous time. Everything was absolutely delicious, from the corn and pepper soup (not pictured because it disappeared too fast) to the scallops and salmon. At the end of the night, we couldn't decide between
