I was pleased at the level of customer service I received from Angela at the Scottsdale and Shea location, and Sal the General Manager was incredibly helpful in processing my refund. Everything was exceptional every time! Amazing service, quick and courteous! The produce is fresh and the employees are wonderful especially DeAndre and Angela they are always customer oriented and they spread great vibes every single day!

This subway has the nicest staff. Not only was I welcomed but I was greeted with a smile and superb service. Their food is kept fresh, the store was clean, and the sandwich artist was attentive to my request. I am extremely impressed and would recommend this location as the best I've been to thus far. I only wish the staff was better trained in veganism and were more generous with the veggies.
