They’re so busy nothing I order is ever decent. They serve watered down coffee with the cup filled with milk instead, or rushed breakfast sandwiches that are sometimes cold on the inside.
Don’t waste your money.
Just walked in and wanted to get a coffee. Even before I ordered the employee told me they are only accepting cash or starbucks gift card. On top of that the third strike was he told me the blenders are being washed. I came in at 7:40pm. Disappointed is an understatement.
Not sure what the deal is but the last 3 or 4 times I've been to the drive through it's taken a good 15 minutes in line between placing the order and getting it from the window.
Weekday afternoon, off-peak hour, drive through. Waiting 20+ minutes in the drive through line. I called the store and asked what was going on — manager Ray disregarded my frustration and hung up on me. There are other SBUX locations — pass on this one if possible.
They take their sweet time. When not even busy they move like the sloths from zootopia. Go across the highway or at the store next to the container store.
