Did the drive-thru, ordering experience was fine, although there should be a menu BEFORE you get to the microphone. After ordering the food took less than 5 minutes, but during that time a long line of cars developed behind us. The food itself was mostly bread. My passenger's order had limited sauce

However, the serving sizes and potions are definitely smaller compared to other stores.

We ordered a Panini, asiago bagel, and a Mac and cheese entree, which arrived at the right temperature and tasted very good. The staff was helpful and friendly, and there was plenty of seating even though it was peak lunch time.

Complete "Karens" as the manager and assistant manager - they will both follow you around the place, stalk you, racially profile - all to make sure you paid for your old flat coffee or soda.
Ask for a straw, they will ask for your receipt.
