This place was amazing!! The duck egg rolls appetizer, elk chops, mashed sweet potatoes, filet, truffle garlic fries, and the bred pudding were delicious. Best meal I've had in a long timešŸ˜Š

Great food and drinks at a very nice restaurant. Most of us had the elk chop, which was incredible!! Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. The mussels were fresh, clean and delicately delicious. Others thoroughly enjoyed the wedge salad and pear salad. I finished off my meal with some fresh berries and vanilla ice cream which was great, the mix of sweet razberries strawberries and blueberries were all super ripe, firm and not too filling.

Nic created a fantastic dining experience for us as a knowledgeable server guiding choices that were spot on! The Duck Appetizer, Bruschetta, Elk Chop, & Crusted Halibut were fantastic. A great date night for my beautiful wife and I.

Would have given 3 stars but food was good. Had the Chilean Sea Bass which was heavily fishy for those of you sensitive to that. Service was adequate but not overly friendly, no alcohol and Diet Coke was awfully flat. Filet great flavor but not as tender as should be expected for $50 menu item. overpriced for the food and service.

We had reservations for the Fourth of July 2022 and it was an amazing dinner and location. The inside is filled with beautiful artwork and we sat outside on the deck. It was a special menu and everyone had something different. There was a fillet with a crabcake, trout, shrimp scampi and chicken picatta for entrees. Appetizers were drunken mussels, potstickers

Came here for our anniversary. The food, wine. And dessert were incredible. We had the Filet Mignon and Lamb Shank. We also got a side of potatoes which was way too much food, so don't be fooled by the sides, entrees are more than enough. The chocolate souffles was the best way to top off the evening. If you are willing to spend the money, it's a great option for a nice dinner.

We ate at the Mustang last night and it was amazing. Our server, Ali was very attentive and everyone was accommodating and pleasant during the 1/1/23 blizzard! The lobster bisque soup was delicious as was the filet mignon. The elk chop was outstanding as was trout and salmon dip appetizer. The salads (field green and Caesar) were very good and the Annā€™s prescription drink was a perfect way to kick off the new year. I paired a glass of the Jordan red with the lamb and my sonā€™s chicken was tender and perfectly done. As for the deserts, we had the chocolate cake and the hot fudge sundae was a perfect way to end the meal. We highly recommend The Mustang in Park City for a special meal with friends and family. The ambiance, culture of kindness and delicious food leave a lot to fondly remember. Thank you, The Douglass Family

Dinner for two was $220 after tip. I'm not complaining, just stating that right up front so you know what you're getting into before you go. Took my wife here for her birthday while we were vacationing in Park City. We sat down with 6:30 reservations on a Sunday night. We were the only people there for the first 30 minutes. Then a few more couples rolled in but 3 of every 4 tables sat empty until 8:30 when we left. Which was nice for noise and privacy reasons. The waiter sat us at the best table in the house which was up front at the window. Wife had the special which was river trout with grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes. I had the ribeye medium rare with mushroom bread pudding and carrots on the side. Everything was great. Better than great. The mushroom bread pudding was an unforgettable flavor and the carrots were perfect and I hate steamed carrots. The steak was the star of the show. Not an extra or unwanted piece of fat on it. I finished everything. It came with a peppercorn sauce on top which was very tasty although I never eat steaks that way. It took a while for our food to arrive so the server offered us free dessert halfway thru the meal. We had the bread pudding for dessert. It was perfect. Only wish there was more of it. The only negative about this place was they were out of several menu items that night. Trout was not my wife's first choice and neither was the beer I ended up drinking. But we ended up having a wonderful dinner in a beautiful setting with great service. It couldn't have gone better. Word of warning, parking is non existent unless you are aware of the ramp directly below the restaurant. It is not marked but it's there so pay attention when you roll up.

Mustang is typically a must for us when we ski Deer Valley. The prix fixed menu was new to us and I would say pricey. Our party of 3 dined on 2 appetizers, 2 salads, a soup, 3 entrƩes and a dessert. The portion sizes were very good. The mussels and calamari appetizers were delicious and prepared well. The soup was tasty. The entrees were flavorful but both fish entrees were over cooked. (Sea bass and local red trout). The salads were fresh, delicious and the roasted pear salad was out of this world. Dessert was mediocre. Service as always was exceptional. Hope the restaurant does away with the only option of a prix fixed menu. Because of all of the above, a 4 rating was given.

I was skeptical when arriving because of some of the recent reviews posted. Itā€™s a pricey meal but Nicā€™s service was off the charts and the food also was spectacular. Really made a great last night in Park City

As an employee, I am obviously biased. The portions are very generous, and the preparation and quality are top notch, in a casually elegant atmosphere.

Nice place....good food....good size portions. The only thing was when I ordered a martini, it was very small and tasted watered down, could hardly distinguish that I had ordered a Bombay Sapphire gin. Not worth the premium price. Had a very nice wine list.
