Awesome place! Took the fam there on our yearly Park City getaway. I got the Cuban, wife got the goat cheese and pear salad (amazing!) Kids got the shrimp pasta, and the buffalo chicken sandwich. All the food was amazing. And atmosphere was great. It didn't cost us an arm and a leg either. Fairly priced, clean, and our server(can't remember his name) went above and beyond. When making a day out of the outlets, make sure you stop here for dinner and a drink.
I had a fantastic dining experience at this brewery recently. The value for money, particularly the steaks, exceeded my expectations. The service was impeccable, and we had no problems finding parking. However, the restaurant's atmosphere left us slightly perplexed due to the abundance of empty space, which detracted from the overall theme. Despite that, all the food was exceptional, and I highly recommend it.
Sean was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations. Beer was delicious and so was the food. Apps: calamari, Wood-fired Brie toast plus Patty Melt, Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Baked Goat Cheese salad. Yummy.
A nice cooldown dinner after working outdoor on hot days. It had a satisfactory fresh brew menu for one-of-each: pale ale, IPA, amber ale etc.. Service was fulfilling of expectations. I certainly enjoyed the pizza from the brick oven. The food was well executed and very presentable. I can’t give it a full 5 stars because a fulfillment of a checklist, but yes I did enjoy this place for both of my dinner nights in so far my only trip to Park City. This place basically was just like a competitive brewery back home near San Francisco, but yes I enjoyed it:)

Best dinner we have had our in a long time. Quincy, our server was excellent and told us about the restaurant, the beer, his most popular menu items and gave us time to look things over.
The food was out quickly and at the proper temperatures. We enjoyed our beer with our dinner it was a perfect end to an afternoon exploring in the area.
I was delighted with the wonderful service we received from our server Sean R. He made wine selection very easy as he was able to give detailed description of the selections available. He was very attentive and kind when I made a mistake on my order. He made the correction for me promptly and I enjoyed my meal. Great service and great food too!
Great place with great beers. Good selection! Also had wine and cocktails. Food looked great - only had toasted cauliflower appetizer, it was excellent. Indoor and outdoor seating.
We had a great lunch meal here with the Cuban & Super Salad. Sean was very helpful explaining the various beers, as well, & said that he had worked there for 14 years, I think it was. That's a good sign of a good company! Thank you!

Red Rock Brewing has great food and a fun atmosphere. The service was fantastic. They even put up with us bringing in a whole soccer team of 11 year old boys. Something I will never do again. I'm so sorry. But the service staff handled the craziness like Champs.
My husband and I love going here when we're up in Park City. We highly recommend going if you have the chance.
We had drinks at the bar with Tracy. She was so personable and has excellent customer service. Chariti was our server at dinner. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, responded promptly to all of our needs, and even assisted in suggestions for activities in Park City for the rest of the week. The peach cobbler was to die for. We will definitely be back! And highly recommend!
Prime rib sandwich was killer! I was genuinely surprised about this place! The ratings seemed eh, but the food ended up being killer! Their fries are great and my wife got the Mac and cheese and loved it! The environment was awesome! The servers were very casual, but the food is worth a come and taste.
Stopped by for a Monday lunch and a few beers while on vacation. Sean (our wait person) was very knowledgeable about the beers and was super helpful. The food is awesome for a brewery (and any other venue for that matter). We had pizza and fish n chips. I’ll come back next time we are in Park City.
