My wife and I celebrated our wedding dinner at Apex in Deer Valley. The service was great! Very welcoming and accommodating for our little kid we received a high chair right away. The cocktails were tasty and not your average cocktails! The food was out of this world packed with flavor and we even received complimentary champagne for our celebration. Also you have to try the wagyu nachos, so tasty I wanted to order some to go! The views were excellent as well
The quality of the food has been consistently great year after year, and the selection of both food and beverages is fantastic.
If you're hoping to grab a drink at the bar, make sure to arrive early as it's first come, first serve. However, if you prefer table seating, reservations are a must.
Our favorite at Apex is their chicken schnitzel, which has never disappointed. However, on this occasion, I decided to try something new and ordered the prosciutto cotto tartine. It was delicious!
For dessert, I highly recommend the profiterole. It's humongous and has a rich chocolate flavor that is absolutely decadent.
Overall, I highly recommend Apex Restaurant for lunch. The food is consistently great, the selection is impressive, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Don't miss out on the chance to try their amazing prosciutto cotto tartine and indulgent profiterole!

So many fine dining restaurants didn’t survive the pandemic well but Apex has managed to keep their stellar quality up. Food was great with clear command of technique. Staff were very attentive and friendly.
I came here for a conference and my wife and I were both stunned by the beautiful views. The entire Hotel is majestic and grand. The Apex was no exception.
Wife ordered a turkey club, they made it with gluten free bread for her - she loved their bread. Side was an anchovy Caesar salad which was perfect.
I had an apex burger - it was delicious. I had fries and a pickle as my side.
The restaurant has lots of space inside and outside, as well as a firepit!
Coffee is great too. Wide tea selection.

The food here is the best food! The wine selection is vast! We love coming here and has been enjoyed every time!
Very good food and great service. The Wagyu nachos are amazing and very large. Good for sharing. I got the half order of nachos so the full order will be even bigger.
We only ever ate our breakfast here but we had no complaints. From omelets to pancakes to avocado toast, everything was delicious.
I ate here 4 times for lunch and loved all of it. No disappointments at all.
Delicious. We have eaten here many times and I have never been disappointed. Great flavors, textures, and variety in their dishes. They are even kid friendly. My husband and I don’t drink, so I can’t speak for their wine, but they do have mocktails that are delicious and fun for the family. The fish is the best fish I have had, but it is small, so I typically go for a meat dish. But all in all, you can’t go wrong. I would try to make a reservation, they can fill up.

Well taken care of by the team despite a very large group of 17 that took over the ambiance, poorly. Things settled and the food did not disappoint: House salad was fantastic, Caesar was fresh, Lobster risotto clean but I will ask for a dash of truffle oil (garlic) next time. The wine list goes on and on... too many good ones to mention, Id like to have time to visit with the somm whom put that list together. Strong. How are the steaks? Maybe next time.
