The food is absolutely amazing in a very cozy environment. The chili cheese tater tots are to die for. And the bacon that comes on the Smokehouse Burger is by far the best bacon I’ve ever had!
Great vibe at this hotel restaurant from the moment you walk in. They focus on burgers but have a special vegan menu as well that listed a few good looking dishes that not on the normal menu. Be sure to request it.

Absolutely loved the burgers. Had the Lux with fois gras and truffles. Very unique and just succulent. I preferred the sweet potato fries the best of the trio of potato sides. And the wings were very good... bourbon bbq was perfect.

Great place to hang out apres ski. You don't have to be staying at Montage to eat here. Go outside around the firepits and in the warmer months there is live music outside. Great nachos.......just valet your car and walk in the front door and go left to the end of the corridor to the back of Apex
Excellent service, food, drinks and atmosphere! We were not staying at the Montage so we opted to walk-in later for dinner around 8pm. The host greeted us cheerfully and seated us a few minutes later when our table was ready. We loved the food and highly recommend the s’mores milkshakes for dessert!

Food - normally delicious and three out of four were, but unfortunately my son's burger came out rare, he ordered medium, they recooked, but cooked it medium well (they have the little toothpicks in the bun stating how to cook - he never said medium well). 4.5 stars. For resort food, this place is pretty good. Delicious burgers and fries. Wide ranging bourbon selection (as you would expect with this name). The gem of the menu is the chili appetizer. It's a meal in itself and is the best thing I ate during my 3 meals here.
