For lunch (before 5pm), we could not have been more pleased. We has the chili - which was a big bowl with western chilis in them (a tad spicy, but not too much) and the short rib grilled cheese with sweet potato fries (you can opt for regular as well). The grilled cheese was so good, that we had it
Food was really good, pricey but worth it.
The food here was incredible. Just had lunch here after skiing - the winter squash soup and beet salad with grilled chicken were some of the best I’ve ever had at any ski resort. The quality and service were really extraordinary. I never write reviews but this really deserved it.
A beautiful bar with fantastic menu options. The only thing holding it back is the limited/out of stock cocktail options.
Definitely try the elk.

Wow! Significantly exceeds expectations of a hotel restaurant. If you’re in Canyons, definitely visit. And if you’d like to go to Handle or Twisted Fern but can’t get in, try this. Earlier reviews from pandemic are not representative. It’s still quiet, but staff have been lovely over multiple days,

We came here during my son’s grant a wish trip because he wanted to try wagyu. The staff was extremely nice and the food was delicious. We had cheese curds as appetizer, I had risotto, my daughter the pheasant and my son and his friend shared the Wagyu. They had chocolate cream pie for dessert. Ever

The food was good, I just wish there was a larger selection to choose from. Maybe it was scaled back due to COVID. I did enjoy the outdoor seating, it was beautiful even with the construction going on next door.
We enjoyed this restaurant . The ambience was warm and casual, the food was delicious . We had the risotto and the elk chop. Deven was personable. Overall, a great dinner.
