Short ribs are the most tender! Fantastic flavor and texture. Friendly staff. Upscale casual next to outdoor patio - more of a hotel lobby feel than a sushi restaurant. Multiple options for hot tea.

Always a fantastic meal! Been here over 5 times every time we stay at the Montage. The quality is incredible, worth the price! Looking forward to our next meal here, the chef really does a phenomenal job!
Excellent sushi! I think this is probably the best in Park City. Relaxing atmosphere and live music, too.
