We stayed at the Canyons for few days and went to Kuchu Shabu in the first evening. The waiter (who I believe also manages the store) was great. Second time here and the food was just as good as the first time! It's very busy and you can put your name on an online wait list. Just be prepared that it might say 50 to 60 minute wait but then you get called 5 minutes later. We both had Ramen and couldn't stop shoveling it in our mouths. Good

Sooooo good! We got the signature broth my only complaint was I wish the veggie bowl had less lettuce and more of the other veggies.

Amazing first experience with hot pot! The waiter was extremely patient and helpful, and the food was amazing. Two picky young kids were asking when we could come back before the dinner was over. The entire family really had fun and enjoyed their food. I would strongly recommend the Australian Wagu!
