This was an amazing experience. This place was the perfect apres ski meal. Great food in a warm and cozy environment. The food comes out very quickly and dis after dish is absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning here. I was a year prior and the food was nowhere near the level it was this year. They must have gotten a new chef or kitchen crew because it was improved by 1000%
Great food and service! This glatt kosher restaurant is conveniently located just a short distance from the mountains. My family and I were impressed with the level of service and quality of the food. Quick tip: call and make your order about a half hour before you head that way, everything will be ready when you arrive.
Amazing - a kosher restaurant at a ski resort, and the food is quite appetizing, and creative. The prices reflect the fact that this is an upscale resort, far from established communities and people should be willing to pay extra for this experience and convenience.
When the rest of the restaurants had a 1-2 hr wait the Bistro Kosher Deli had walk on seating. Just wanted a light meal for the end of the day and I got a salad and soup. The salad lettuce was a little brown but still tasted alright.
This restaurant is truly incredible. Everything that we ordered was delicious and came in a timely manner. Can’t wait to come back!
After hearing so many comments from people, locals and visitors to town, who say the food is great at the Kosher Bistro & Deli at the end of the Silverado Lodge in the Canyon's Base area, I finally went, actually just went for a second time. Wow. One of the best burgers in town (The 1/2 lb Signature burger), and the other time, I loved the pulled beef. The rest of the menu looks good, a decent variety of selections, and the place looks comfortable, so I may dine in next time. Highly recommend it.
Amazing Kosher Food
After a long day of boarding and skiing with some friends, it was amazing to get a hot dinner right off the mountain. Priced exceptionally well for a sit down Kosher diner in Utah! The food was amazing and the staff were super sweet. We ordered pretty much the whole menu and everything was beyond what we expected.

I've always appreciated having a kosher restaurant at the base of the Canyons in Park City. (In the same building as the Canyon's Shul).
But the new management has completely upgraded the entire restaurant, from the menu to the service.
As someone who ate there in prior years, this year I feel like I'm in a brand new restaurant, with a more creative menu, higher quality food and a process that changed from a surprisingly slow "ordering to eating" time- to an astonishingly fast and efficient process where your appetizers might come to your table even while your waiter is still taking your entree orders!
The bottom line is that the menu options,,quality of food and service have improved dramatically. It's no wonder there are so many customers (and repeat customers) eating at the Bistro not because they have to-- because it's kosher-- but because they prefer it even over the non-kosher alternatives they have. To me, that's always a sign that a kosher restaurant has leveled up, as is the case at the Bistro!
Amazing food and service. We come every year and it is so great having a Kosher option on the mountain.
Only one thing to consider - the size of the salmon is very small. We had to order 2 salmons to get full. Other than that everything is awesome.
