This teashop is one of my favorite places to visit. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable and the tea is of excellent quality! I had a birthday coupon and purchased Jasmine Pearl's vis their website for pickup. I was worried I hadn't given them enough time but they had theborder ready and waiting for me even though it was a mere hour or two prior!

Outstanding tea and even better customer service! The employees are always warm and friendly. They go above and beyond to help you make the right choice from their expansive tea menu. They also have a super cute tea room to hang out in! If you order “for here” they will bring the whole tea pot with some china to your table!

As an avid tea drinker, I am always looking for a good and knowledgeable people who can explain the qualities and flavors found in teas. The staff and owners at Tea Lula are super friendly and absolutely knowledgeable about tea and all things accessorizing the experience of enjoying a cup of tea! I purchased their Winterfest and the Amaretto Amore tea (see photos) and both are flavorful and well worth the trip to this downtown Park Ridge shop. I highly recommend purchasing all tea products and accessories from this lovely, locally-owned shop. They also have a sit-down Tea Bar where you can sample and learn about all their teas as well as classes and events. Without question Tea Lula deserves five stars from me!

Had a class here for Introduction to Loose Leaf Tea from Groupon. Our instructor Julie was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The entire class was very organized and was a lot of fun. We are all glad we went. They offer a variety of flavors especially decaf options. They offer other classes and is set up coffee-house style.

Super cute little shop! We stopped in here looking for some loose leaf teas. They had a huge selection of different types and flavors. We don't know much about tea, but the staff person was very helpful and explained the different types they have available and gave us some tips for brewing. They also offered to give us samples of anything that we wanted to try. We ended up picking a couple things to try at home. Prices were reasonable too, $7-$14 for enough loose leaf tea to brew 20 cups at home.

The shop and atmosphere are quaint and fun. Most magnificent tea blends. The herbal infusions are unique. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They make you want to buy tea even if you don't like tea. Their passion is positively infectious.

They were very nice and pleasant to talk to. They were also very knowledgeable and gave me a great understanding of different teas, how they were made, and even talked about oxidizing of the teas. They took their time to help me and overall loved the teas and the place. Will definitely come again!
