I ordered the Double char , came with the double burger, fries, and unlimited drink 12.99 not bad compared to other high-end fast food places. I also had a side ceaser salad. I thought the food was good, especially the burger, which was very fresh.
Great food and great staff. Surprised to hear this is a California based chain. I got the Santa Barbra char which was bigger than I expected. I usually get a single. I had a burger and it was very tasty. Not greasy. SIde salad was very fresh and cold. Salted caramel milkshake was filled up all the way and also delicious. The kids that work at the front were friendly.
Slow service and our food was prepared incorrectly.
We ordered food for pickup at 6:55pm. We arrived at 7pm and it wasn’t close to being ready. We had to wait 20 minutes to receive our food.

Burger was good as well as fries. Terriayki grilled chicken and side Casear Salad was also good. Service was fast and staff very welcoming except manager who was an older gentleman, rude to customer/ staff. No Splenda for sweetener either.
This was my first visit and was glad I did. I asked for the burger to be cooked on flat grill n they made my request. The burger was delicious!

Really tasty burgers. Best burgers around. Love how they carefully wrap the burger to make it easier to hold and eat. Friendly staff. You can order to go or dine in currently.
This is one of my favorite fast casual burger spots. Make sure you order a double though. The single patty is too small for all the bread and lettuce it come on. They also have a great drink selection and a little pepper bar.
The burger was very good, but the sweet potato fries were not as good. Full disclosure, I still ate all of the fries. Overall, we had a nice lunch here.
