Mr. Joe and his team did a great job taking care of me. Not only did I have a BIG order, I needed it early in the day, twice in a week. The food was ready when I got there and the staff always greeted me with a smile.

Reminds us of a mom and pop restaurant, friendly service, great food at a really price. It was lunchtime and the staff continually brought out fresh food and kept the area and buffet clean. Thank you 😊

It's Hartz! The buffet hasn't changed in 20 years! What you see, is what you get! Update** The buffet is now back in motion after a year and a half. The price has went up on the buffet $13 per person. Nothing hasn't changed on the buffet still!
Came with my friends for lunch. Food was hot and fresh! Buffet was stocked and clean. Food was very tasty! They have the best Fried chicken. Cashier was very friendly and I took an order home also for my family to enjoy! I recommend Hartz on Fairmont Parkway Pasadena Texas.

Food quality was excellent, buffet was constantly filled and kept clean. The restaurant as a whole was also very clean. This will be my family's new location.
Grandpa brought us in to get dinner and he got a bit of everything! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the food got boxed up and secured so wonderfully and the taste was fantastic. We enjoyed the catfish immensely and the sides and cobbler were great. I’d highly recommend stopping in!
This is probably the first Hartz I’ve been to in a very long time that has been so CLEAN. Everything was hot and fresh. Flavor on everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
