By far the best Krystal & chili cheese pup I've had in a very long time. Food was hot and fresh. Dining area was super clean & the staff was GREAT & very friendly. EXCELLENT JOB LADIES!! I will definitely stop in when we are in your area again.
Was not very impressed with this place. My first time eating there. I have to say they were the worst fries I've ever had they were so soggy, the bacon cheeseburgers I ordered you can hardly taste anything on them. The bun taste like they were dry. I even ordered a shake and the machine was down. G
Service was really slow for a fast food place. Took around 20 minutes (and they were not busy) from time we paid til we got our food. Wouldn't recommend if you are in a hurry. Food was good and it was hot.
This place is filthy. Tables and floor had nasty stuff all over it. One of the cashiers was very nice but the lady that took our order acted like she hated her job and wanted to be somewhere else. Didn't even make eye contract with us. The burgers are soggy. Fries were hot and good.
This Krystal just began opening again 24/7. The staff is still re-heating the buns(stale) and fries in early a.m. The older lady at the drive thru was the rudest I’ve ever met and gave dirty looks.We have always enjoyed fresh hot krystals and still will.
Every time I go there the service gets worse. Went tonight and sat inside well the dude took our order but didn’t ask if I wanted a drink so when he walked back over from the drive thru window I asked for a tea he then ROLLS HIS EYES and added it the ticket…then yelled”omg” when someone else drove u
The best Krystal’s I have visited. Staff was friendly, great customer service. We enjoyed our Krystal’s and chicken Krystal’s.
