Joseph and Ella made our quick dinner stop one of the best customer service experiences ever. We came in about 25 minutes before closing and they were happy to help us and super friendly. I wish there were more workers like them. Ella was cleaning the lobby and restrooms up while Joseph made the sandwiches and cleaned up behind the counter. Jersey Mike's keep these 2 kids around, great attitude, and super efficient.

I used to be a HUGE subway fan and always refused to eat Jersey Mikes because I felt like I was betraying them. I finally caved in February at this store and ever since I tried it, I have continuously came in and will continue to come in because the meat is sliced freshly and the food is so amazing. The customer service is top notch. The employees are always very quick which is impressive considering the big rushes they can get. I am amazed at how well they can memorize what you order no matter how many altercations you make. My family and I love you very much Jersey Mikes and all of your employees!!

The evening staff is the friendliest, kindest staff! So thankful we stopped here on our drive home. They were so accommodating!

My husband and I came in yesterday for lunch and the Italian was delicious! The blonde lady who I was told is the manager was very friendly and accommodating. You could tell she cared and kept checking on everyone. The other 2 gals were very sweet as well and they all made the experience enjoyable. We noticed how everyone smiled and worked together. Very refreshing to see these days. The store was very clean and tidy. Very well managed. It’s nice to come into a place of business and see they care. Very rare nowadays. We most assuredly will be back soon!

Best experience I’ve had at any Jersey Mikes. Hayden and Shannon were excellent with customer service and support, very friendly as well. Maria was incredible. I listened to her interactions before I was served, and an upset customer was more than taken care of by her professionalism. She is also the fastest I’ve ever seen. I had a large order of more than half a dozen sandwiches.. she made them all faster, combined, than I’ve seen employees make one sandwich. Very friendly as well. Overall great experience.

Great sandwiches, friendly staff. But very busy during lunch hour, and long wait periods. Even calling in or making mobile orders take time. Because of social distancing, some people had to wait outside in 100* weather!

The food is awesome and fresh and the customer service @this particular location is truly exceptional and one-of-a kind. Thank you Shane and Kevin for making my visit that much more pleasant.

The crew I just dealt with at this location was fast, friendly, and professional! When a team member had to ask customers to wait outside as the lobby would exceed the 6 person max, she was firm but polite. Great food as always! I hope owners have the ability to give bonuses to these hard workers, especially since there is no ability to electronically add a tip! So rarely do people carry cash anymore, so the crews perhaps get shorted on their deserving tips. 😢

I placed an on line order, it was made incorrectly. I called to inform them, and Shannon, handled my complaint with understanding and took responsibility. Mistakes happen, but it makes it bearable when there’s accountability. Good job!!
