Just left there. It was packed. Placed an order, asked about it half hour later and had to place the order all over again. Asked about it again an hour later and its been ready, my bag/order was sitting on the side. I get home and the food is cold. I live 7 min away. Step it up, and get organized. W
I went today to buy food and it was amazing. Everything was so good and tasteful.. love this place. The manager service was wonderful really nice

What a shame that this place has decent food and such awful staff. This isn't the 1st time we've had a problem with Maria. Her supervisor is aware and clearly nothing has been done. She is rude and unprofessional. She leaves you on hold for 15 minutes while she jokes around with other staff members.
Great night grab-and-go!! However, wait time will be long. The employees work hard and try to do their job as efficient and professional as possible but they seem to have too much work for the amount of employees available. Also tried calling and that did not work out.
I am sorry I gave this place another chance. The food used to be good. Now the empanadas are hard as a rock they gave me old ones mixed with fresh, plus the pan de Bonos Are horrible, they used to be soft and nice but now this place is trash and it’s not the cheapest.
I have been going to this place since I was a kid. Even though the chicken pinchos are delicious, they take a long time to make and over the years the price of this tiny tender on a stick goes up up up and the flavor and juiciness goes down. There was a freaking FLY in my food... like in-between the layer of chicken and plantains... so they must've seen it when preparing... im going to go throw up now
