I have frequented KFC In Pataskala, OH many times and have always gotten good service and food. Recently my bag ripped at the drive thru, totally my fault and the staff and manager were so courteous and replaced the food that fell out (mainly fries) at no extra cost. Such a pleasure to deal with them. Thank you so much.
I love KFC mashed potatoes! I know this is fast food , but it has a different feel to it than standard fast food.
I had to knock a star off because it was hard to find a booth seat that wasn't taped together. I chose a table that was mostly clean. What store manager or district manager would let seats like that go? Image is everything KFC😊
Chicken wasn't as good. Out too long and skin was hard to chew. mash potatoes and mac n cheese was excellent.
