The automated ordering system inside but the employee Kayla came out and was incredibly helpful and even followed up to make sure the order was right when the other employees were not responsive. It probably would have been a 3-4 for service without her help

Always a line though, drive thru is ridiculously long inside is some few ppl but you obviously hafta wait longer times cuz they r catering to get the drive thru customers out quicker. I had a drive-thru experience, the line moved decently quick and I was able to understand the drive-thru operator clearly.
The food was good, I had the Bell Breakfast Box /w a breakfast sausage crunch wrap(BSCW), hash brown(HB), and Cinnabon Delights(CB) /w a large coffee.
