Good customer service and they make great coffee but sometimes not hot enough
Came at 6:05 to order coffee, was told that they just opened and that they're not ready yet. Not sure what kind of business operates like that. According to google, this place opens at 6. So you should be ready by 6. This is not the first time this is happened. Will be skipping this Dunkin for now.

I came in for a matcha latte, and as the employee was handing it to me it spilled out onto the counter. Instead of making a new one he just added more milk into the same cup with the same lid. I asked if he could at least some extra matcha since he only added milk. He blatantly ignored me and tried

Staffs are very friendly and they really care about customer. I live near this place and I go there almost everyday. So far my experience is good at that place.
