Based on my experience , drive through takes a bit long because they busy. Maybe they should implement a way as if your food isn’t ready; Park in parking lot spot #1 and we will walk it to you, that way it doesn’t delay the people that go there just for a coffee or an ice coffee. I Prefer to walk in
When there isn't a line down 3 blocks this place is great! The regular staff is super friendly and know my friend and I's order by heart and are always as fast as can be
This is a place run by children. Majority of the staff are loud and curse while I go in to order. They should definitely train their employees on proper work place behavior.
