Francesca’s serves absolutely amazing food the only thing holding it back from a perfect five star is their service if you’re looking to dine here make sure you’re willing to wait

WOW! I would give this a sixth star if I could. I ordered the Alfredo Francesca with chicken. Comes with soup or salad, waitress suggested the soup, Italian wedding soup, it was excellent! The Alfredo Francesca chicken was outstanding, just the right amount of spice that kicked it out of the ballpark~excellent! The bartender/waitress was very nice and attentive.
This restaurant is located inside the Best Western hotel. I will definitely stay at hotel on next trip just to eat here again.

The bread was good. The "mermaid water" cocktail was good. Staff was okay; it took a long time to get a glass of water, and subsequent refills. The strange brown vinaigrette stuff that came with the bread was quite unusual. The ravioli app wasn't bad, but the bruschetta was floppy pieces of bread (not crisp toast as it should be) topped with lightly grilled bell pepper and onion, with balsamic vinaigrette.
The fettuccine alfredo was probably the worst I have ever had. It came with "steamed" brocolli that was so moist and mushy it seemed more like over boiled broccolli and it seemed as if they threw the brocolli, along with all the water that it was cooked in, into the alfredo sauce, as it was so watery and not at all creamy. The alfredo did not taste like cream, or like parmesan, I dont know how to describe it other than blah, and the fettucine was overcooked. The waitress asked if I needed a box, and I said no, and she asked if I disliked it, so I let her know how bad it was. They dont seem to really care though. It was $70 for 2 apps, 2 entrees, and 2 drinks. The music was good though, 2 guys singing and playing guitar, mostly country music.

Amazing food, great atmosphere for relaxing, the service was exceptional and the creme brulee was off the charts yummy. For dinner, drinks and dessert it was under $70 for two people

I had 3 different appetizer and they all tasted great. Good wine selection and the staff very friendly and helpful.

A real surprise to find such a nice place to dine inside a hotel. The breakfast we had was excellent with delicious crepes, and a nice brunch buffet when we were here on a Sunday. It's family-owned with friendly servers who were eager to please.

Awful..went on January 25th. We are from Patterson, we had guest from out of town. We had no other place to go. We wanted a sit down dinner spot and that's all there was. Table of 6 and everyone did not like their dish. Dry pasta with so much pepper. None of us finished our plates. We boxed them and took it home for the dogs. My husband was disappointed about the waste of money. My guest being respectful thanked us. But the next day being women we laughed and said we threw that food away!😁 good server was great, not her fault. We tipped very well. Watch out. Won't go back ever!

I travel on business over 200 days a year. Seldom can I fondly remember a breakfast, until now. The Garden Scramble had every imaginable vegetable. If you're vegetarian, you'd love it here.
The coffee is strong and not watered down. Tastes like what you expect from a good restaurant and not at a hotel.
Can't wait to try dinner here!
Highly recommended.
