Review A&w Restaurant - Patterson

Stopped here “quickly” on our way home. Woman at the window was rude and unprofessional. Did not repeat order, nor give me a total. Not to mention, had us pull around to the parking lot and wait for our order for over 20 minutes! Also, when we finally received our order it was not correct or complete. My husband had to go in and correct the order to get the rest of the items. I have now been sitting in our car for over a half hour waiting. Inside, he still has not been helped. We will not be visiting this establishment again!

The store was closed to dining in which is inconvenient, but workable. We ordered through drive-through. The worker couldn't describe the spicy papa sauce on their burgers. She also wouldn't take the cup we needed to throw away. We did that ourselves at the front of the store where we had to pull to wait for our food, even though we were the only people there. No one else was before us. I was less than impressed. They didn't ask if we wanted any sauces, and they shorted us 1 sandwich. Since the doors were locked, we had to know on the outside to get their attention.

As a truck driver I can’t pull a 13 foot 6 inch truck through the drive through so how am I to order with out a address because I am standing outside all I wanted was a burger and a float but that’s not going to happen now I

So we placed an order and about 25 minutes in a staff member asked us if we are waiting on our food.... We look into the window see and feel like our order was forgotten. People that arrived after we did were being served. We contemplated asking for a refund and sitting inside the Denny's next door, we would have had better options and quicker service. This fast food place isnt worth the time if you are on the go. Need more staff, need better organization of orders. It has been more than 40 minutes and still no food. Order was right and "freshly made" but we had a long night, the last thing we wanted was to add an extra hour to our trip. They need more staff for sure. Staff was courteous but the service wasn't great.

This will probably go unnoticed, I like the flavor profile of KFC(this location is a combo brand).. it's sad that it's all margin driven, bonuses based on waste and labor. I use the Doordash app to give the restaurant time to actually put the order together, knowing that after 8pm they try not have the Pot pie readily available incase it doesn't sell, understood.. So hence, the pre order for pickup with a 30 minute delay and on top of that waited an extra few minutes before heading out to pickup, plus the wait in the drive through to here we don't have any pot pies ready.. ok order canceled, I ask the why, when the order came through that he did put one in the oven, he said he just didn't.. he was probably short handed at dinner hour and stressed out.. I feel bad for the guy.. The manager need stronger training, scan tickets look for holes on the readily available, call the customer and tell them you can fill there order. It was 45 minutes from the time we ordered to get there and get nothing. Training, training and training. The pot pies are frozen and they thaw them before baking, so if a pot pie can hold refrigerated for at least 3 days after thawing, you would think they would stay ahead. Tonight they will be pulling for tomorrow, with a 3 day hold on a Holiday weekend.. 🤔 just saying..

My door dash pick up order was wrong as I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger. Got a single cheeseburger and the burger was not good. The lettuce was bad. The onion rings were good though.

It's ok. Took forever and a day to get my food. They definitely do not follow the guidelines for having cooked food ready. They also make you go around and wait at the front of the restaurant , in order to "fake" their drive through times. Someone should tell corporate.

February 9, 2022. Greatly disappointed. How can an A&W be out of hamburgers???
