Really? $30 for this? Chicken that has half the breading off of it. Incredibly dry. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dogs. They make you park in the lot and forget parts of your order. Disgusting

The food is good. I had to wait about 30 minutes to receive my order which I understood since only two people were working. Thank you so much to the two people that showed up to work! Some of my food was cold while some of it was hot. I still ate it since I was hungry. I do love their chicken so I will be back!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The female that said she was the supervisor was extremely rude and told me she didn’t know anything about this specific KFC including her own last name. I don’t get to visit a KFC very often and I’ll tell you this was the worst experience and dirtiest KFC and to top it off when I asked for a refund the “supervisor” bragged to the other employees about getting free food now. I was in complete disgust by this young woman's behavior.

They messed up a chilli cheese hot dog. Chilli was brown, looked burnt and was super salty. Hot dog was rubbery. Mac and cheese was burnt, looked like it was craped from the bottom of pan. Wife's burger was..... I dunno. 😁 Soda machine had calcium deposits all over it. Soda was flat and warm. Ice melted before Soda was even cool.

Walked over from Hotel, went in lobby to place my order. Sign on cash register says cash only...but drive thru can take a debit card. I'm then told to walk around to drive thru. Walked around to drive-thru placed my order. The girl looks at me crazy and says you can get your order in the lobby. So I walk back into the lobby. Waited 20 minutes on food. Finally said something to the effect of how long do I have to wait. Now they are working on order. Get back to room and my pot pie is a bowl. I walk back over told them I did not order a bowl its a pot pie, again hollow eyed looks. A lady says I will refund your bowl then says oh there they same price and walks off. And if you like a sweetner for unsweet tea they don't carry or she just didn't understand.

The floor was sticky, the fountain drink machine was rusting and not dispensing soda properly (heavy syrup on bottom of cup, carbonated water on the top), they were out of pretty much everything, every single table was dirty. Finally we just asked what they did have that we could order. They were out of basic things, like crispy chicken, popcorn chicken, pot pie, and burger patties. There were no customers in the store or the drive up, should've taken that as a clue to go somewhere else. This was at 7pm too, would've understood if they were close to closing. This place was gross and I am regretting eating here, will not be surprised if we get sick. Don't risk it, too many food places around here to chance it here. Go elsewhere.

It's so bad. They're closed on a Saturday. Advertising sign blocking the drive through. No sign on the door, which isn't open for dining. They're always "out of chicken," or you have to wait "45 min for chicken." The ice cream machine for root beer floats hasn't been working since August 2021.

I’ve visited a couple of times since moving to Patterson and each time I am disappointed. This time I ordered online since I know the wait time is RIDICULOUS. When the website stated the order was ready I actually called beforehand to make sure, it wasn’t ready. They were out of fries and needed to make more biscuits asking if I wanted to wait (15 more min). After 20 minutes I went to pick up my order, thought the front was still closed due to covid so decided to go through the drive-thru. There was a lady with no car that was in front of my vehicle in the drive-thru. When she got to the window she paid and waited besides my car as I pulled up. They stated that they usually can’t give online orders through drive-thru and that I should’ve gone inside…. Did they not see that lady in no car standing next to my vehicle?! AND they were out of hot sauce! KFC without the sauce???
