A Tasty Mexican Chow Wagon. Tacos Don Nachos is an outdoor food service truck/ taco stand dressed up as a western style chow wagon. Since it looked clean and brand new, unlike the dirty rolling antiques on Broad St, I figured what the hell? I've hit many trucks like these throughout Texas, and I love them, as they can turn out to be some of the tastiest food finds anywhere.

Anyway, as I spoke briefly with the two guys who were running the place and making my food, they said that they were from Vera Cruz Mexico. The casual conversation spilled over to include some of the enthusiastic customers who were also in line with me and who obviously love the place, they went on to tell me that the food was really good and authentic. I completely agree.

While I was there, I also noticed that Tacos Don Nachos had a steady stream of customers, so the food was turning over fast, meaning it was being kept fresh (another good sign). I really enjoyed the carne asada (steak) tacos & chicken tamale that I had, and I can't wait to go back and further explore the menu, which had most of your typical taqueria favorites such as tortas, burritos & tostadas made with the typical variety of Mexican meats like carnitas, al pastor, pollo etc.

Tacos Don Nacho is a wonderful find for anyone that needs a quick taco, quesadilla, or just good Mexican food in general. Sometimes the lines or wait times get a little long later at night, but that’s expected when people are making fresh food. The inexpensive price point is also a huge bargain. I would easily recommend Tacos Don Nacho for simple, authentic, Mexican Food that delivers on flavor.

Nice spot with enjoyable food. I would have liked a little more seasoning on the meat but still very good. I had four assorted tacos, a guarache, and elote. All were very nicely done. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.2.

This place is very authentic, just like México : Menu on the wall and with some misspellings (lol), food served in disposable dishes, etc. The food tastes good and it is relatively cheap. I like the tamales. These are not the ones in the banana leaf, these are the ones with the corn husk. I also like the Huaraches which not a lot of places offer it here in RI. Even though it is a food truck, they accept credit cards! Staff is friendly and service is relatively fast.

Great little spot for Mexican staples with multiple choices of meat. Simple and fresh, just wish the meat was a little more seasoned. Definitely worth the stop.

$1.50 per taco cant beat that and the green salsa ooohhh wey freaking good. The salsa have a lil good kick to it not too spicy bor too bland. They have Asada, lengua, chorizo, orejitas, carnitas, pollo mix and more that can't think of, but its a must try
