This Dunkin is definitely one of the more inexperienced Dunkin’s in the area. They only have like 2 people working a shift at a time and as a Dunkin worker myself I wasn’t impressed with what I saw. They have no donuts, no frozen drinks and they didn’t make my latte right. I suggest more training for the new employees at this Dunkin and more staff and equipment.

This dunkin is always "out" of frozen drinks, refreshers, donuts, literally everything. Even their hot coffee is really gross. The employees don't care about anything really. They close at 7 most days but the employees clean and shut down most of the machines for the frozen drinks before 5pm

Missing items from my order. Drove all the way home then back. But the staff was very courteous about it. Things happen. But they hooked me up with an extra gift. I appreciate that

Coffee tastes like water. With a hint of coffee flavor. Coffee always tastes like trash and food is always hard as a rock. Never coming here again. I’d go to McDonald’s over this.

My favorite Dunkin 🥰 The service is fast and friendly and they always get my order right. The Friday afternoon crew in particular make the extra effort so I always leave with a smile.

Great customer service! The barista had no problem with my tailor-made coffee choice. She made it deliciously and quickly. Good clean location next to shopping center, not really good for sitting in with devices though. Not a lounge location.
