The staff at this location are amazing. Doing their absolute best to get orders out even though they’re understaffed. I saw a disgruntled customer who got upset for waiting and the team at this location did such an amazing job handling the situation. Well done!
I ordered large Pepperoni Pizza, 8pc boneless BBQ wings and a Pepsi. The driver arrived without the wings a said he would come back but never did. Not one phone call from the store to apologize or to try to make it right. They lost my business in the future.
Cleanest Pizza Hut I have ever been to. It makes no sense for my delivery to take almost 30 minutes to drive only 1 mile. When he finally arrives I ask him how many stops before me and he said one.... Really, one. That's ridiculous. And it is not the first time I received cold food. This location is terrible.
Rude manager, arrived to pick up my curbside order and she had a horrible attitude and I over hear her yell to her employee “tell him to come inside.” Then she gets on the phone and I tell her I have a curbside order and she tells me “well we’re not doing curbside right now you’ll have to come in.”
